Will it hurt to take two percocet 5/325?
well you should always check with your Dr. but I dint think so. the 325 is the amt of Tylenol in the pill, it has 325 mg of Tylenol so two would be 650 and the over the counter Tylenol comes in 500 mg and most people take two so that would be 100 mg. The 5 means there are 5 mg of codeine in the pill so taking two tablets would mean you are taking 10 mg of codeine. My dentist has prescribed for me a combo of 10/325 for one pill and I was able to take two of these when I had a tooth pulled. So I think you will be fine, just don't make a habit of always taking two. Start by taking one and if after 90 minutes it has not helped take another. Just remember to not take more than two in a four hour period. Hope you fell better soon.
How long to wait to take percocet after suboxone?
Day before yesterday I took about 4mg of a suboxone 8mg strip..than yesterday..in the afternoon i took about a quarter of one (2mg) ..so alltogether in the past two days ive tooken about 6mgs of suboxone..but today i havent done any...its been over 24hrs since the last time i did any (the 2 mgs) and now i have a few perc fives i was wondering how long would it take for me to get the full effect from them...there perc fives with no tylenol (the tiny good ones) was gunna snort em...so in a nutshell i streched out 6 mg;s of suboxone in two days, and now its been 24hrs since i last dosed any..and i want to do some percs now..i know i wont go into withdrawals, bt im just wondering if itll still get me high?
Is it common for percocet to make you depressed?
I have been taking percocet for 3 days since I got all 6 of my wisdom teeth removed (Yes Im somewhat "special"). Ive never had any medication other than advil etc so I started with only half a percocet. I didnt feel anything so I upped it little by little until I realized taking two percocets every 4 hours was the amount I needed for it to actually help. I noticed that I have been very emotional (Depressed, Angry, etc) since taking the medication. I've had alot of not so good things happen the past few months and Ive been feeling really sad/mad the past few days. Is it the meds, or just me? Patiently awaiting your reply, L

It's possible you have developed a significant level of opioid tolerance (depending on how long you have been taking Percocet). In which case an increase in dose should increase effect (15mg is a fairly low dose, especially if you have developed tolerance), be aware though that MS Contin and Instant Release Morphine have the same active ingredient of Morphine, so the dose of both should be considered (the only difference being that MS Contin is time released - therefore making it superior in terms of dealing with a specific long lasting pain compared to the Instant Release which should be used when pain feels overwhelming, or in other words when "instant" relief is needed).
Is it ok to take mucinex dm (dxm) while on percocet?
Follow the Rx directions for the percocet and the label instructions for the mucinex as to dosing. There shouldn't be an interaction. BTW, your pharmacist / chemist is a great resource for these questions.
Why do percocet's make me sick?
I take percocet 10 for my back pain due to scoliosis and other problems. It seems that whenever i take them more than two or three days in a row they make me feel like crap. I get a bad stomach ache, i get really hot and sweaty, and i get a pounding headache. When i had my c-section i was taking percocets and i was fine with them (and i was taking more pills in a day) I also take robaxin (muscle relaxer) and mobic (anti-inflammatory). Why are they making me sick? is it the other meds? someone please help. 10 points for best answer
What is a percocet high like?
The high is the best high in the world. The high is similar to hydrocodone but its a bit stronger and a cleaner high. And no, it's not like a weed high. It's WAY better then a weed high (no paranoia and laziness like weed). You'll be on top of the world, likewise, they're very addictive. Percocet is about 2x stronger then hydrocodone (mg for mg). If you have zero tolerance to opiates, I'd say take 2-3, although 3 may be a little strong with no tolorance. Enjoy....
