Was Kicked In The Bottom Ribs Pain In Stomach And Kidneys Serious Or Just Temporary

What causes bright red blood in stool and lower back pain?

It could be ulcerative colitis (chronic inflammatory bowel disease). Before i was diagnosed with this condition i was having abdomen cramps and frequently had to go to the toilet. I was shitting bloody stool and suffered back pain at that time.So when i asked my doctor about the back pain, he said it was the cause of the inflammation in my intestine which spreads to my lower spinal area. But please do not think that you have ulcerative colitis because doctors have to perform a colonoscopy on you before they can find out what causes these symtoms that you are having. Please see a doctor first ok. I really hope you do not have this thing because having ulcerative colitis is very very frustrating. It really affects your social life.

What causes gas pain with lower back pain?

Back pain and intestinal gas can sometimes be related to each other.Trapped gas and bloating caused by lactose intolerance , celiac disease, or IBS, for example, often result in lower back pain or middle pain for sufferers. For more detail visit this article. The abdominal swelling caused by these conditions often puts pressure on the back and spine, causing pressure in the back.If these two symptoms seem to occur in tandem, your bloating may be giving birth to your lower back pain Back pain without gas can be linked to a number of medical conditions.Standing or sitting for excessive lengths of time , especially with poor posture, can cause upper back pain, especially back pain between the shoulder blades.stretching and regular exercise can help relieve back pain of this kind.Flexion, overwork, carry heavy objects, or exercise can also cause too much back pain.Backache on his side Left or back pain on one's right side is usually caused by poor posture or overwork, and is usually not a sign of a particular chronic illness. If your back pain occurs suddenly after engaging in any of the activities mentioned above, it is likely acute pain that will dissipate in the days or weeks to come.Sometimes back pain can be chronic, lasting for months or years. If your back pain does not resolve in a few weeks, or has become much worse over time, you may be suffering from one of the following conditions:Shoulder contracture ("Frozen Shoulder")Ankylosing spondylitis / AS(chronic inflammation of the spine and other areas of the body)Sciatia(pain caused by compression of the sciatic nerve)Degenerative disc diseaseLumbar stenosis(a narrowing of the medullary canal that causes pressure on the nerves, as well as the spinal cord)Osteoarthritis(degeneration of the joints)

Kicked in lower back - really bad pain?

You don't say how severe the kick was, or where exactly you took the hit, but if it's bad enough to be causing spasms three days later without improvement and 800 mg Motrin isn't making a dent in it, I highly recommend that you go to a doctor or chiropractor. You could have deep tissue damage that's not visible through bruising. you say "under the rib cage" so that sounds more like it's in the kidney area, off to one side.

I know you don't WANT to go to a doctor, but your really should!!!

If you took the impact to the midline back, or if the kick caused a rapid twisting motion of your body, you might want to try a chiropractor first. You could have a pinched nerve that's causing the spasm.

However, if it was more soft-tissue...off to the side of the spine and more in the area of the kidneys, you might need to start with a medical doctor. What if something was ruptured???

Whether you see a doctor or not, you can try this when at home. Now, most doctors don't recommend alternating heat and cold, but I have had my best pain relief success doing this.

Lying face-down:
Start with cold -- an ice pack on the pain area, but with a towel between your skin and the pack, and a folded towel on top of that for insulation. Do this for 20 minutes.
Next, put an already warmed up heating pad -- with fabric between your skin and the pad -- and a heavier folded towel on top of this just to insulate. This will be 20 minutes.
Repeat the 20 minutes of cold, folowed by the 20 minutes of heat one more time.

IMPORTANT: when you use ice, you MUST allow the skin to return to a more normal temp before moving much or you stand the chance of damaging muscles/joints.

Another treatment: if you have access to a bathtub, you can do this soak that my chiropractor told me about. It's not the nicest smelling combo, but it's worked for me and others with whom I've shared it.

In a tub of water -- comfortably warm: mix the following:
2 cups Epsom salt
2 cups cider vinegar (the red vinegar)
1 cup baking soda (optional)
Since this is your back, bend your knees and slide down into the tub to make sure your the kicked area is getting the benefit of the soak.

Best of luck. SEE A DOCTOR!!!

Example of injuries caused by traffic accidents?

Can you give me examples of possible injuries that can be caused by traffic accidents?

Imagine you're driving and you hit something. A car, a wall, etc. Or maybe you're in a bus and the bus involves in some kind of accident. What are the damages done to you?

I'm thinking maybe concussion, possible head trauma, and maybe damaged kidneys could be possible, perhaps?

What do you think?

Can you give me other examples?

Scientific explanation would also be helpful. Thanks!

Can you die if you get punched in the stomach hard?

The bottom line to this question is “yes, but…”By “stomach” most people mean the abdomen and the lower abdomen. This area covers the area from the pubic bone to the rib cage. Most of this area is the intestines. There is little chance of death by being punched in the intestines. The area just below the rib cage is the area where the liver, stomach, pancreas and spleen are located. The stomach is in the center and crosses to the left. There Is little danger here. The area to your right and crossing over the stomach to the left is where you find the liver. A punch here can cause problems but probably not life threatening. On the left and behind the stomach, are the spleen and pancreas. The most danger comes from rupturing the spleen. This can cause internal bleeding and death. Now the “but.” Historically, this was fatal. Today, surgical intervention can save you from bleeding to death. So, without treatment, yes you could die. With proper breathing and muscular tension, these organs can be protected enabling you to survive even the hardest punches.Seiyo Shorin-ryu Karate & Kobudo - Leach HanshiRon Leach Karate | Facebook

Whats causing my sudden, severe, very sharp lower back pain?

You have a nerve being pinched in your back to cause that pain. to get rid of the pinched nerve you have to free up the back muscles to set it free and here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

How can gas be related to lower back pain?

If you feel constipated, bloated or gassy most of the time then there is a high chance that you might feel lower back pain as well. Gas in digestive tract comes either from air swallowing or from breaking down of certain undigested food by harmless bacteria which produces H2, CO2 and CH4within the body. This gas releasing does not only affect the digestive tract but also the other associated muscles of the leg, middle back and lower back region of the sufferer. The back provides stabilizing system and support to your body but at the same time, it is pregnable to injuries and strain. Before considering lower back pain solutions, you must have to spot the point of origination of the pain. Back pain and gas can be interrelated at times because abdominal swelling in result of gas puts a severe pressure on the back region and if this happens in a tandem, this may give rise to lower back pain. Hence, if you are prone to gas, constipation or lower back pain, then it is the right time to provide relaxation to your body by improving lifestyle and dietary habit which would be a good lower back pain solution.
