If the two of you have chemistry, then you should be able to come up with things to say naturally. Don't over think it, you may get nervous and freeze, just let the conversation flow. Depending on how old you are or how longs it's been since you've seen each other, you may be able to ask about their job, their relationship, what they've been doing, anything exciting, trips, jobs, children etc...The list can go on and on.

You're lame/that's like so lame. Response: That's too bad, I usually try to save being lame just for the weekends. It's a special little thing I do for myself. ssooooo funny: Response: Thanks, I thought so, too. Ermm right, with the look. Response: eye roll and you can throw in a "whatever" if you want. You need a life: Response: Can I take yours? what a sad case/what a loser: Response: Yeah, I've been really trying to live up to your awesome standard, but you just set the bar way too high. Lesson learned: sarcasm, sarcasm, sarcasm. It shuts em up every time. Basically if someone says something bad about you, throw it right back to them. I have yet to met someone who is great at everything.
