Incest wasn't "in" in the bible. It was during the time of the Bible (most of the Egyptian pharaohs practiced incest), however, at the time there were several sexual practices that seem bizarre today. For example, in Canaan, a woman who was to get married would wait at her town gate and wait for the first man to arrive, and have sex with him. However, this is NOT condoned in the bible (though it is referred to). It is wrong now because society emphasises the family unit, marriage etc, and also because incest can cause massive social problems (i.e. family rifts) and genetic disorders.

That is a loaded question bro. Medically speaking it is actually good to masturbate sometimes. Religiously, depends on ur religion. Some really frown on it and say its a sin, and others not so much. What you have to be careful of is addiction to porn and masturbation. When it starts to interfere with the rest of your life, thats when it becomes not good for you. That said, the urge to masturbate is totally normal. If you don't have any religious reasons to not, there is no other real reason.
