Does the British Royal Family have a last name?

YES.

The name of the current royals is Windsor or Mountbatten-Windsor. The name of the Royal House is Windsor. The royals really don't use the last name, much since they have titles. Titles are often used instead of a surname.
Charles is Prince of Wales. His boys used the title of Wales for their surnames in school and the military.

William was bestowed a royal peerage of his own. He now uses Cambridge, after his ducal title of Cambridge. William, Catherine, George and Charlotte are properly identified as the Cambridges.

Andrew is Duke of York; he, and his girls are the Yorks.
Edward is Earl of Wessex. He and his wife are the Wessexes, but their children are styled differently than they because they a styled as the children of a non-royal peer. It was agreed on at the time of the marriage, that Edward's children would not be royally titled.Lady Louise uses the surname Mountbatten-Windsor, of Windsor for short. James, however, has his own title, and is Viscount Severn.

Some people seem not to understand that the British royals do have a surname, but they do:

n 1917, there was a radical change, when George V specifically adopted Windsor, not only as the name of the 'House' or dynasty, but also as the surname of his family. The family name was changed as a result of anti-German feeling during the First World War, and the name Windsor was adopted after the Castle of the same name.

Before 1917, there was just a royal house name of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha. George V changed the names after his German cousin, Kaiser Wilhelm, bombed London using 24 twin-engined Gotha warplanes. George V was not pleased--he stripped all royals living in England of German titles, replacing them with British ones. He also took the name of Windsor, a favorite home of his, as the family name and royal house name.

The Tudor Family took over power in England after William and Mary's reign??True or false?

Very false.
The Tudors ruled from 1485 to 1603. At that point the Stuarts took over under James I, his great great grand daughter and grandson were William and Mary and they came to power in 1688 in the 'Glorious Revolutiono' in which they took the throne from Mary's father. After they had died, Anne, Mary's sister, took over and when she died in 1714 the crown passed to George I who was a distant relative through James I's daughter Elizabeth (not THE Elizabeth).

The Tudors Reigned between (22 August 1485 to 24 March 1603,They were followed by The Stuarts (25 March to 1 August 1714)They were followed by The Hanoverians (August 1771 to 22 January 1901)The final Hanoverian Monarch was Victoria. From Victoria, the succession is as follows, Edward VII, George V (The Queens grandfather, (Edward VIII her uncle abdicated.) George VI (he father) then Elizabeth II.Family tree is a bit of a problem due to Civil Wars and Scotland so working on a direct lineage is complex. From Henry Tudor VII, to last Tudor Monarch Elizabeth I we follow a complex tree due to Henry VIII many marriages and his dis-communication by the Pope.So I added a family tree for you to work through.THE TUDORSWhen Elizabeth I died without children the crown went to her nearest Cousin James VI of Scotland, who was a Stuart and became James I of England, This Tree is strange due a civil war, the over throw of the monarchy and restoration.King George I is the first Hanoverian King, from now it gets simpler. And from Edward VII to Elizabeth II, we are in the house of (Saxe-Coburg-Gotha/Windsor)So just follow the Brown line down from James Stuart, you will come to Queen Elizabeth.Hope that helped :)
