You are just lonely. I have been at this stage a couple of months ago. I used to watch animes all night on my PC then sleep in morning and game in evening. This was a really bad phase in my life. I migrated to a new area, had no friends, plus the stress of my mom's debts and our poor financial status was making me go crazy. And to give myself a break from all this, I started playing games and watching animes all night. My life sucked.Then I got connected with my school friend and she really helped me get my life back to normal. She started spending time with me, she used to take me out on “treat dates” as we used to call it. And now I am back to normal.I still play games at night but that's just bcoz my friends come online at night only, but I do a lot of other activities too.So in my opinion, you are just lonely. Try to go out and enjoy with friends. If you don't have friends and you are a introvert then don't worry, just go out in malls, and parks in day. Or maybe go for a nice trip out of your City.You just gotta get out of your daily routine, do something new and you will feel fresh.Now about concentration on studies.You can't concentrate on anything with a tired (and possibly a fed up) mind. You just gotta relax and cheer yourself up.Do one thing, get up early in the morning at about 6 am. Go out for a walk. Try going on a hike or a picnic. Come back at evening, rest for an hour and then study.Also don't study too much, bcoz that will bore you to death. You gotta play and then study then play again. Keep your mind fresh and working.Try listening to songs while studying, it helps a lot. Or make studies a game rather than a job. Like rather than just taking the book and reading, try imagining it. If you are reading a story, read it like you are it's main character. Feel for the character. Or if you are doing maths, take it as a difficult level of a game you wanna pass.
