Not receiving mail on yahoo address?
Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. Suggested cures range from Update Adobe Flash Player and Java script to clear IE7 cache, cookies, and browsing history. Different things seem to work for different people. It's causing attachments to not show, 999 errors where it won't let you do a particular action and some people cannot send receive delete or move mail. It's not just Vista either it's happening to some of us on XP. I have been advised to use this site to view my mail, www.mail2web.com if all else fails go back to classic mail via this link. http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/dc/optout?script=no click yes when asked do you want to opt out. I noticed you had an email address in your account which your Yahoo emails were being sent to. I've removed that for you, so emails sent to your Yahoo Mail account will now arrive normally again! Unfortunately, emails forwarded away from your Yahoo Mail account are not able to be restored to your Yahoo Mail account. Yahoo is currently having some problems some things that have been suggested to help your problem: -clear cache,cookies,browsing history on your browser -update javascript and Adobe flash plater some of the problems are not being able to receive,send,delete,forward emails so this could be what your problem is hopefully Yahoo! will sort it out soon -Jake

I've been struggling with this issues since a few months. My number starts with 6#########, lot of systems do not recognize it as mobile number, and they skip sending SMS. I do not receive OTP from ICICI and Citi Bank systems. Your issue could be the same if your number is starting with 6.
Why can't my Yahoo Mail receive emails?
I just converted some files on this certain site that will send me an email to receive the files. When I checked my Yahoo! Mail, there is no emails. Then, I used another email on Google. My Gmail receive the link to the files. I don't know what happened. I thought it's just the site's problem but then when i opened my twitter, there's this thing that says: "We've tried to send emails to [my email], but they are not getting delivered, possibly because your email address is no longer valid.". Starting that day, I didn't receive anymore emails. Help!
Issue receiving external mail through Yahoo?
See my own open question: I have Yahoo set up to import mail from non-Yahoo accounts via POP but today it stopped working.? I have checked the settings, checked the relevant passwords, checked that the remote server is working normally, even deleted the account links and re-installed them. Trying to check mail Yahoo just sits and eventually times out. 10 hours ago - 4 days left to answer. Additional Details I can't even find a way to contact Yahoo to tell them of the problem. Is there a number to call? The Help system is useless! Mail Plus is a waste of money. The number of times I wish I had stuck with Gmail ..... 9 hours ago When I deleted and recreated my external account links the new wizard suggested that Yahoo was sending a confirmation request to each target account, presumably you have to reply to each of these confirmation e-mails. Unfortunately, these confirmation e-mails were never received at the target accounts so I suspect the POP links are in limbo waiting for confirmation that will never be possible! Don't you wish they'd TEST this stuff before releasing it?!
