We The People Users .

Fifty percent of the people that use the internet order something online.?

Either I'm reading it wrong or you guys are.

@Pdq, the way I read it, these are independent probabilities, so the ball analogy doesn't apply here. We don't know how many "reds" there are, so picking 1 of the reds doesn't decrease the probability that the next one is a red. So instead of balls, this is like flipping a coin 8 times. Also, it doesn't have to be the first 2 people, it can be any of the 8, so that substantially adds to the possibilities.

@Evil -- It looks like you made a variation of pdq's misinterpretation. We can't assume that exactly 4 of them ordered something and 4 didn't. I think we have to assume that this is a random sample of 8 people, out of the entire population of internet users. And I don't think the asker is talking about 2 specific people.

The answer should be 8C2 / 2^8 = 7/64

Or if asker means "at least 2" instead of exactly, then it's:
(2^8 - 8 - 1) / 2^8 = 247/256

A user told me, "Because you benefit from it". So, how do people who were never slave owners benefit from paying ....?

According to liberal logic, those that never owned slaves, must pay reparations to those that never were slaves.

Do you think we should kill drug dealers and users?

We should take them off of the streets, but not kill them.

How will White House Petitions work on the We The People platform?

The "We the People" website (FAQ, Terms of Participation and Moderation Policy) does a good job explaining the process: https://wwws.whitehouse.gov/peti...

What is the significance of the sentence, “We, the people of India, do hereby adopt, enact, and give ourselves this constitution.”?

It means that the people of India have gifted themselves this constitution, and not a monarch, dictator, political party, foreign nation or any other entity like God(Yes!! Some constitutions and monarchies legitimize their power from God Constitutional references to God - Wikipedia). The above point is very important because this provides a moral stability to the constitution. Else some people would have claimed that Indian Constitution has been gifted to us by the British Empire/Monarchy as a parting gift.Across the world dictators, military and political parties usurp power, make a constitution and enforce this on the people. This tyranny is what makes people revolt against them and sooner or later. Such tyrannical dictators and “private” constitutions are hanged and burnt on the streets, as the people never consented or participated to make the Constitution. The people of India participated in drafting of the Constitution, then adopting it on 26th November, 1949 in Parliament and came into force i.e. enacted on 26th January, 1950 and gave it to themselves (including all future citizens of India- else I could have said I was not even born in 1950 and never no one asked for my consent). The Indian Constitution derives its power from the people of India and hence a legitimate means to govern the nation since Indian citizens have willingly accepted this basic set of rules for the India, that is Bharat.P.S.The reason that the adoption and enacting dates are different is because in Lahore Session of Indian National Congress, 1929 it was decided that 26 January will be celebrated as Independence Day from 1930 onward. So it was decided to enact the Constitution on 26 January as a symbolic gesture to this historic date. Else Constitution could have been enacted on 26 November 1949 too, and the date of our Republic Day would have been different!!Purna Swaraj - Wikipedia

What OS has the most computer-illiterate users?

I'd have to say that windows has the MOST computer illiterate users...but the people who own Macs know even less about computers...there's just fewer of them lol.

Heck i've heard of people who run bootcamp on a Mac and think windows is immune to viruses because they're on a Mac still!! LOL

No one who uses linux is that dumb...you did have to mount an ISO file to a DVD to make you own install disk after all....

Can the 'We The People Will Fund the Wall' GoFundMe campaign legitimately fund the proposed border wall? What is the legality?

Nope. The Miscellaneous Receipts Act requires that any money that comes in to the government from other sources must be deposited into the Treasury. The Antideficiency Act makes any government employee who receives money from other sources and does not send it to the Treasury is personally responsible to repay that money. Congress is the only branch of government allowed to determine appropriations, and Congress is restricted to working with funds in the Treasury. It is just barely possible that the money can be put into the Treasury, and then Congress authorize that the money be spent on the wall. But that's unlikely to pass .
