Felix Jones v. Eagles
Brian Westbrook v. Seahawks
Shonn Greene v. Fins
Tashard Choice v. Eagles
Anthony Dixon v. Seahawks
*Hakeem Nicks @ Vikings

*Nicks --(sounds like he's going to try and get back a week early. IF he's close to 100% for Sunday, I'd think Nicks is my man here for the FLEX???? Because I'm hearing Steve Smith still isn't 100% and the Giants will need their #1 Wr since Manningham didn't step up...What do you think?)

Who do you think I should start and WHY in your opinion? Thoughts, Ideas, and Opinions welcome! Thanks in advance!

How should fantasy football be scored?

The best scoring system would merge the competitive fun inherent to head-to-head with the fairness of total points. This idea's origin stems from looking at a great feature on ESPN's preview feature. Each week ESPN will preview your match-up with the following (click to enlarge):My team is the red line and my week 9 opponent is represented by the black line. This graph shows week by week how we would match-up. The x-axis is time and the y-axis is total points. Over the course of 8 weeks, if we played each other weekly, I would have a record of 5-3. As it currently stands, I may lose to this team and wind up with a 0-1 record against this opponent.MethodHead-to-head scoring is currently better than a straight total points system or a rotisserie system. Unlike baseball, basketball or hockey when there are games almost daily, the majority of NFL games are played on Sunday. Part of the 'fantasy' is gearing up for a showdown against a singular opponent. The essence of fantasy football changes without the ability to root for your team against specific opponents. This method leads to bad beat weeks where you may score more than 90% of your league, but your head-to-head opponent scored the most points of everyone in the league. For the most part, the best teams make the playoffs, but the frustration of watching a team score half of your total points and win is infuriating. There should be a better way.SolutionA fantasy football demolition derby where you play every team in your league every week and then use overall records to determine who makes the playoffs come week 15. You have to end in an odd week in order to prohibit ties. Each team plays each other. Teams have season long records against all members of the league. When the season starts people are so psyched to watch their own guys, the rivalry of head-to-head doesn't matter as much. There are some opponents who are long standing rivals and you relish playing them be it week 1 or week 7. This system allows you to start playing them week 1 and grow the rivalry weekly. Some teams will pull away. That is natural. Over the course of a season, there will be opponents where you are 3-4, then 4-4, then 5-4, then 5-5, then 5-6. This tension will be more meaningful because you are invested throughout the season. I'm excited to read your reactions in the comments as well as other answers.

Fantasy Football week 14: Which RB should i start Thomas Jones or Selvin Young or a Free Agent?

Thomas Jones hasn't done much this year, although he looks good on paper....

Travis Henry ought to be sky high after he won his appeal and the KC Run-D might be pretty weak. Selvin Young, while at University of Texas was fumble prone.

Dayne = off and on, plus he IS a Texan.

Chatman = about the same as Dayne in terms of consistency.

I would go with Rueben Droughns as he'll probably get the ball around the goal line.

In order I would take:

Droughns
Henry
Young
Jones
Chatman
Dayne

Good Luck

Fantasy rb's for week 15?

WOW, don't we all wish we had this dilemma?!?! Gotta go with Williams against Denver because Denver stops nobody. The other choice is more of a toss up but I like CJ against Houston as Houston's D isn't that great and that game has the makings for a shoot out. If NO's high-powered O gets a lead early, Chicago may abandon the run prematurely as they have done in the past when they have fallen behind. Good luck!

What is your best fantasy football win ever?

I’ve won my league for 2 years straight, and am in the championship again this year. I also won my league in 2016, 2014, and 2013 .You didn’t really set any parameters for what defines ‘best’ - and apparently NFL.com - Official Site of the National Football League does’t keep track of my regular season records. But if you’re asking what my best single game win was, that would be this week. I beat my opponent 101.74 to 101.06!!!!! That’s a difference of .68 points. This win helped advance me to the championship game! This is the summary NFL.com fantasy gave me of this weeks win (I’m Feel the Brees 2), last year I also had Drew Brees as my QB and won my league, so I figured I’d try it again haha:“Facing a 1.66-point deficit on Sunday night, Feel The Brees 2 scored 33.20, slipping by Malali7 101.74 to 101.06. They also put up the second-highest point total this week. Feel The Brees 2 goes to 1-1 this season against Malali7, avenging a Week 6 close loss (120.10 to 119.50) the last time the teams met. DeAndre Hopkins brought in the third-highest score in the league this week with 29.00 points (170 Rec Yds, 2 TD) for Malali7.Josh Adams had plenty of chances for Feel The Brees 2, but he logged just 28 total yards on 15 touches. For the victors, Josh Adams is getting hot at the right time. Over the past four weeks, he has topped his season scoring average by 110%. On the other hand, Feel The Brees 2 has a player moving in the wrong direction, as Dion Lewis has substantially underperformed his year-to-date average recently. Despite the loss, Malali7 also had several players peaking for the postseason, including Justin Jackson and Christian McCaffrey. Over the past month, that combo has averaged 9.48 and 24.48 points, respectively, topping their season-long marks by 374% and 33%. Conversely, the losers had a few players who were fading down the stretch, most notably Adam Thielen and Jared Goff.Next week, the league championship will be decided when Feel The Brees 2 matches up against No. 4-seeded kzgiantsfan. ”

Which two running back should i start today in fantasy football week 15?

should i start my studs today? i got westbrook, adrian peterson (vikings), chester taylor, and fred taylor. i know taylor kicked *** last week and peterson sucked.....i need 2

In fantasy football week 5, should I play the Jacksonville Jaguars defense against the Kansas City Chiefs, or pick up the Tennessee Titans since they are playing the Buffalo Bills?

Your mileage may vary. Many people are picking up Tennessee with the expectation that their Defense will rack up points against poor Buffalo. As per Jacksonville versus Kansas City, I gotta ask: “Did you SEE Mahomes and KC play Denver Monday night?” Jacksonville has a stout defense but KC is looking mighty good and Mahomes is some sort of magician. I don’t think I want any part of that match-up defensively. You might consider New England this week (Indianapolis Colts), if available, but don’t plan on holding them for next week’s game against KC. Philadelphia against the Giants is another potential good match-up.If you have to drop the Jaguars to do any of this, you might want to consider just keeping them, and accepting a limited number of points … if your team is potent in other respects. There’s always tradeoffs.
