How can teens lose weight fast?
follow what i do, ive lost about 20 lbs so far! you can trust me, im educated and i have much personal experience. the body works better losing wight if you change up your meal plan. i know, ive lost a lot of weight in my day... haha. always eat more in the morning, get your body ready to burn throughout the day, the more you eat in the morning, the more weight youll lose (but dont binge) in also on a diet, i eat an average of 1000 calories a day, (1600 calories is a good calorie per day balance) but good calories, bad calories are harder to get off and tell your body not to exercise. i work out 1-2 hours a day and you need comitment. i't also depends on your weight, but you can lose more if you weigh more, but any body weight can lose at least 6 in a month with diet and exercise.. remember to change it up or your body will adapt to what your eating and wont know how to burn it. and dont starve yourself, if you do that, your body hold onto its fat as a defense mechanism, remember to eat healthy, remember veggies and fruit, and a multi vitamin might help. i take protein bars (clif bars are healthiest) if you havent eaten in awhile, gives you enouh energy, protein and calories you need to burn a good amount per gym visit. i made a log that i record all my food and calorie intake, it helps so much, if you email me at lshanaa@yahoo.com, i would be happy to send it to you. its helped me so much, it helps keep you in line, and control of how much you know youve lost or gained in a day. its very simple and easy to use, itll help. stay active and keep positive, you can do it i promise! good luck!

It depends on how much you eat and how much you work out. If you eat the recommended 2,000 calories per day, there is no set length of time you should work out for, but to lose weight you have to burn more than the 2,000. It doesn't matter how many more calories you burn, but it does matter how many you do compared to the calories you ate that day. All I can really suggest is to watch what you eat and know how many calories you ingest and know how many calories you burn to lose weight in the most efficient way. There is a metabolism clock, where after 20 minutes you burn pure fat, then the next 20 minutes you burn 50% fat and 50% calories, and in the next 20 minutes you burn purely calories, and after that total hour you burn protein, which is your muscle. So just be careful when you work out, so you should probably work out for at least 20 minutes per day.

So my friend and I are trying lose weight Info: She's 190 I'm : 160 She's : 15 I'm : 14 We're both looking to lose some where between 40- 45 lbs in the nxt three weeks We aren't able to go outside tht much so plz list INDOOR EXERCISES that will show some results Please BE SPECIFIC on FOOD don't just say u need to cut back on fatty food and stuff like tht um we don't have any exercise machines or any thing like that but I do have lots of stairs..... oh and my thighs, arms, butt, and muffin top are the biggest issue for me

DO NOT starve yourself. If you suddenly stop eating everything, your body will think there's a famine going on. At first, yes, you will be losing weight. But then, when you start eating normally again, you'll suddenly gain LOADS of weight and become even heavier than you used to be! So never do that. Try to eat a great variety of foods. Do not eat the same things every day. This will bore your body, and therefore it will be easier for your body to digest it, and thus, you will not lose any (or much) weight. Instead, try to keep your body at work at all times. You can achieve this by, for example, eating more proteins than usually, and eating less carbohydrates. Then on day two, you'll eat more carbohydrates, and less proteins. This will keep your metabolism going like crazy! Also, you can eat quite a lot for breakfast! A few sandwiches, a piece of fruit, glass of milk...Do remember to vary. This will give you an energy boost at the start of the day, and you'll have more energy to burn fat! Because remember that you need ENERGY (calories) to BURN fat! Don't eat too much for dinner. And certainly don't eat a lot after dinner. whatever you do dont stop eating!! portionalize (eat less but follow food guide) take pop an chocolate and chips out of your vocabulary for afew months DIETING is the #2 reason for girls getting fat-- because the definition of diet is pretty much "depriving your body from nuitrients" because when u diet you change youhabbits for a short time, when you loose the desired weight you start to slowly goback to ur old routines, then your body will go into shock or survival mode and put on pounds, normally more pounds then u startwd with. so what i am saying is DONT diet make new healthy life change to some it up PORTIONALIZE take pop chips and chovolate outta vocab exersise 10 min cardio a day ( as you get use to exersising add time) AFTER you loose desired weight still portionalize, and eat those junk foods as little as possible exersice 1-2 a week(10 mins or more)) UH OH now u lost all that weight andyou still have abit of a jelly belly well no problemo do toning exersises 1-2 a week targeting thighs,stomach and arms now when your body is readt for that bathing suit, you still need to keep exersing and eating well just in case you wondering what the #1 reason of weight gain is here itis puverty girls starthng at age 10 can gain anywhere from 10-45 pounds for no reason besides maturing :)
