Need to lose weight before school starts?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

How could i lose weight before summer ends and school starts?

If you live in a neighborhood or development, try jogging around the block every night after dinner. Also, take part in any summer camps or sports activities. Swimming is also great too :-) Also, my friend has Wii Fit and there is a running game which is very tiring, but works good, and tells you how many calories you lose, and tracks your wieght over time. How can I lose weight before school starts using DDR?

I love DDR! Great plan! That's like brainwashing cardio! As long as you are doing at least medium and not beginner or easy. Try a challenge level. That will tone those legs quick and keep you light on your feet!
Calories: probably about 2,000 daily. You want you diet to be 40% carbs, 30%fat and 30% protein since you need muscular endurence.
Food: Eat AFTER you DDR! Do cardio for about 30 min. at least, then wait for stomache to settle before you eat. Wait an hour after you eat before you DDR again.
Don't look at the scale. it lies. Just be happy with yourself. If you have a firm bum who cares if you weigh 124? If you look great, it doesn't matter what the scale says. K?

How can a 12 year old lose weight fast!?

Losing weight fast and in a healthy way is not as hard as you may think. In fact, it can be pretty easy. Just cutting soda and sugary drinks from your diet COMPLETELY is just one awesome way to lose weight fast easy and healthily. (I lost 10 pounds alone only with that one change) That along with the other tips I'm going to share below (all are very safe and healthy) and you will be on your way to easily losing the weight and keeping it off.

As cliche as it may sound you gotta eat your veggies. They are amazingly good for you, also raw nuts (almonds are best) fruits, and 100% whole grain breads instead of white flours (white flour is very bad for you, read up on it if you get the chance!) Try and stay away from fried foods and fast food as much as possible, and other empty calories and foods that provide you no nutrients, like ice cream/candy/cake etc. Common sense goes a long way with what foods to eat and how to be healthy, so use it :)

Building healthy eating habits and keeping the weight off in the long term is what you should really strive for. Also, make sure you don't count calories, it can drive you CRAZY! Just eat GOOD calories, and when your satisfied, stop eating. Try to eat more meals a day and portion them smaller, it really is proven to speed up your metabolism and burn fat way faster. If you mix this in with the other things I've shared, you will be on your way to easily losing weight and keeping it off.

Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. You will get to where you want to be. You really have to want it, I did, and I'm at my goal weight now. I'm trying to get abs before school starts?

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Can a 17 year old female lose 40 pounds by September? How?

Okay well its possible but hearing you, you don't have that motive to lose that much. But you need to do an exercise every morning and the same one, you can find some routines on youtube. That's very important because your body needs that exercise, and these routines do not need machines. Another thing is that you don't have to stop what you love to eat, but you have to watch how much your eating. For example if you like to go to mcdonald that go once every 2 months. Some people will eat a lot but the reason for that is because there eating fast. If you slowly eat your food you get full and it feels like you ate a lot but really you hate very little. Also you should try to drink water before you eat that makes you full to, but also sometimes your body mistakes hunger for thirst. So you should drink water before you decide to eat. Another good trick is eating an apple, sometimes we tell ourselves we are hungry but really we are not, we just want some food because we are bored. For the motivation part there lots of thing that get people motivated, but you are the  motivation. Although it's hard to believe that you can do it, so something I love doing is reading people articles about how they were motivated. I read at least one article a day to keep me motivated. I also have pictures of famous people for example Gisele Bündchen a famous model. She keeps me motivated to keep my body in shape because I want to end up like her. You don't have to go for models or actors or actress, but you can do someone you like that does  sports or art that's fit, it doesn't always have to be someone famous. I'm a 17 year old male and I weigh 270 lbs. How can I lose weight quickly?

I don't have any weights or exercise equipment, and my busy lifestyle doesn't allow me to go to a gym. Does anyone know what I can do? I'd like to lose as much weight as possible before the next school year starts in September.

On top of that, I have man boobs that make some of the girls at my school envious, so I'm really desperate here.
