If I go from eating 500 calories to eating 1200 will I gain weight?

I want to be as compassionate as possible in this answer, because I’m aware that a person interested in the question as stated may have a problem with their relationship with food and body image. At 1200 calories, you will starve to death more slowly than at 500. A tiny adult female would squeak by at 1500–1700 Cal, with little to spare for walking around. A moderately sized (5′4 and 150lb) female with a typical, relatively sedentary lifestyle would maintain at about 2200 - 2400. If that seems like a huge number, please consider talking to a doctor about your feelings and lifestyle.

If I change my eating habits will I lose weight drastically?

Well I have bad eating habits I'll admit it but I'm trying to lose weight the healthy way and I read that sometimes if you change your eating ways you lose a lot of weight. Well I plan to eat a lot less and a lot healthier and I don't have a problem with doing it I like exercise and I'm open to try new foods :] Well I just need to know if I'll lose a lot of weight and if I do if its dangerous to lose that much that fast

Will walking for one hour a day help me reduce weight?

It depends on the diet that you consume, the pace with which you walk, your weight etc.Ideally, if you are walking at normal walking speed (4.5 Kmph) for an hour, you'll cover 4.5 kms which means you will burn around 300 calories which is as good as running for 15-20 minutes. at speed of 7+But if your weight is more, say over 100 KG, you will burn more calories whereas if your weight is less, say <60 KGs, you'll burn much lesser calories. I have explained the situation in which your weight is 85 KGs.Also, to lose weight, losing calories isn't enough, you need to make sure you don't consume more than usual diet so that the calories are actually reduced. Suppose you burn 300 calories one day and consume 400 extra calories than your usual diet, you will not lose any weight but its good for maintaining the weight and avoid increasing it. If you stay on balanced diet, avoid fastfood, soda, chocolates etc (calories rich fatty food) you can easily lose weight by 1 hour of walking each day. The impact will be shown on weighing machine in two weeks. (should lose around 1-1.5 KG ideally)

Weight loss , if i dont eat after 6 pm will i eventually get more skinny plus doing exercise?

Binge Eating at night any tips to stop?

Hi i'm trying to lose weight. I eat decent throughout the day then at like 10:00 I eat everything in site. I mean like 4,000Cal worth...Any tips to stop and motivational advice to keep me going to the gym because most of the time I say forget it

• Your last meal should be before 18:00. Try.

Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health.
Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet.
• Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.

WHAT to drink for losing weight...

• Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day !
Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I just love mineral sparkling water!
This improves your bowel, reduces the "hunger" sensation, and hydrates your skin. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks!
Don't believe the slogan "water makes me fat". Beside being stupid... you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys.
• Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squized!
Don't drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc. during the diet. Even lite or light versions.
I thought this was not possible for me to achieve. Now... I don't even LIKE them anymore!
Nothing compares to the the smell of a fresh natural fruit juice! Not speaking about health...
• Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home.

• Sneak in extra exercise in addition to your regular program. Park at the far end of the parking lot and walk; take the stairs instead of the elevator.
• Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don't shun the unconventional. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too?
• Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, or aerobics will help you lose that unwanted belly fat. Weight training can also help you lose body fat because the more muscle mass you have, the more ability your system has to burn body fat.
