Other people have already covered this but say no to McFood. Even if it looks like chicken, it isn't. What they do is literally grind the meat into a pulp, pump it full of salts, sugars, fillers and preservatives and then form it back into a shape that resembles a chicken breast.
Have you ever noticed how much easier it is to chew/swallow fast food chicken/meats than if you were to cook your own meat from the grocery store? That's because fast food meat has been processed and pumped full of additives.

Should I eat my bmr to lose weight?

Since June 2012 I have lost around 50 lbs eating 1200-1400 on average a day. However for the past few months, the weight loss has basically stopped even though I am still eating that much. Hello,First - to much cardio will not make you lose excess fat, it will just make you're body more resistant to weight loss, do cardio the normal way 2 days a week .Second - If you do not remove the junk food completely YOU WILL NOT LOSE EXCESS FAT ! I do not know much about fasting soo please ask an expert on that .If you do 2 days a week cardio and 3 or 4 weight lifting, the excess fat will start to disappear .Please ask again if you need more explanation .No judge here my friend, i am a human just like you,Stefan .

Are you really ‘morbidly obese’, or is it an exaggeration/an misunderstanding with the term? I don’t think someone with a diet like you could be morbidly obese. Unless of course you’ve only recently changed your lifestyle and diet, and that it was the lifestyle you’ve had before that made you obese.

Hydroxy cut for weight loss?

I have used hydroxy cut and have lost weight. I am using it now but I accompany it with weight watchers and I am seeing great results so I am not sure if it is the weight watchers or the hydroxy cut but something is working. Hydroxy cut can give you the shakes and the cracked out feeling lol so I do not take the recommended amount. By boyfriend does and he says he is fine and now used to it... I tend to get headaches so I am not sure if i will ever be used to it.... So hydroxy cut works but probably not like you are hoping.. You will still need to work out and eat right and hydroxy cut can help you do that!!
