How do SaaS startups find customers that are about to churn or quit?

It’s about two things: 1) identifying the factors leading to churn and 2) reacting when you spot notice these factors in relation to a paying customer.In other words, you need to learn from your mistakes (see who churned out in the past) and make sure that doesn’t happen in the future (spot similar cases and act).Factors what led to churn will vary from business to business. Here are a couple of examples of factors affecting your churn rate that can get you started:Customer satisfaction: The more happy a customer is, the less likely they are to leave.Customer delight: Customer satisfaction is one thing, but surprising the customer with over-delivering can significantly reduce your churn rate.Switching costs: The more it costs to change providers, the less likely someone will be to abandon a business.Value: If a customer doesn’t get or notice the value your product provides, they will leave.Apart from that, you could also use tools like NPS surveys to identify potential detractors who are about to leave. The survey can also be a good source of other factors leading to churn (from the comment part of the survey).You can dig even deeper and segment these customers based on the version of the software they are using, the plan they are subscribed to and so on. Sometimes the average results for all customers will be quite different than those for various customer groups and you can end up chasing the wrong problems.What to do to once you know what causes your churn? The most basic answer would be to reach out to these customers. This can take a couple of forms:Extended onboarding – Customers who don’t understand your product won’t pay for it. If you want to keep them as customers, you need to make it easier for them to learn your product and notice it’s value.Reminder emails – Sometimes something like a missed payment can cause an interruption in the service for a customer. To make sure that doesn’t happen, you can send reminder emails when a customers license is about to run out. We found out that it can significantly boost the number of customers who stay.Customer health checks – Make an effort to contact customers to talk about their problems and make sure they have everything they need when it comes to your tool. This can be a quick phone call or email that will allow you to asses if a customer needs any extra help.

China and Tibet? Was Tibet ever free?

Westerners keep saying "free Tibet" and believe that China took over Tibet and is now an occupying force. However, my question is; was Tibet ever a sovereign country?

According to the Chinese from an older generation, like 1920s; Tibet was always a part of China, and it was never a sovereign nation. It was when China was going through so much chaos in the early 1900s did Tibet try to split away, at which point the stupid Chinese commies went there and to re-establish authority by killing monk.

The point is the world thinks of Tibet as a sovereign state, which China recently conquered, but according to older Chinese Tibet was always apart of China and got smacked around when they tried to leave. Can anyone confirm this.

It would be a shame if the western world has been fighting a cause based on lies. But then again stupid liberals often act on lies and false facts. Liberals are like children looking for a purpose for living.
