Went To Friends House Whose Dog Has Mange Do I Have It Can It Be Transferred By Clothing To My

What happens when a human gets mange?

there is a poor stray dog in my neighborhood and I need to 'wrangle' him so the aspca doesn't have to chase him. they can and would probably do a better, quicker job than me but I just want to be helpful. anyway this dog has pretty bad mange and I'm afraid to touch it...what would happen if I got it?

Is it safe to have dog inside around newborn?

It is safe as long as the dog isn't aggressive. If the dog tend to get rowdy and bites then it could be unsafe. Labs are large and very strong dogs and could really hurt a tiny newborn.

As long as you are able to keep an eye on the newborn when you don't have he/she in your arms or in a crib, such as lying her on a pallet on the floor or in something that is low enough to the ground that the dog could get to her, then it really should be fine. You will be able to see the dog if it gets too close to the baby and can shoo it away. You can always put him in another room with the door shut while the baby is laying on the floor or something.

As for the bacteria, the dog shouldn't bring in anything unless he spends a great amount of time outside. If he is only let outside to use the bathroom, then you should not have any worries. Give your dog a bath frequently to keep him clean, which you should already be doing anyway. Keep your floors vaccumed and clean, and everything should be just fine.

Give the dog the clothing or blanket the baby came home in so the dog can smell it and get used to the scent because the dog will be very curious and maybe scared. The scent should help him adjust.

Is scabies contagious from a dog to a human?

Yes, it is extreamly contagous. although when people get Sarcoptes (scabies) from animals, the disease is generally self-limiting, causing only temporary itching. There is a human race of scabies, which is transmitted from person to person. This human race of mange mite causes a rash on the wrists, elbows, or between the fingers.

the best way to prevent getting scabies is:

after handling your dog wipe your hands off with benzoyl peroxide this will kill the mite. keep you pet away from other pets also they can cmontact this mite also.

Could I get an infection from a dog licking my pussy?

Two days ago my mums friend came over for the weekend with his dog. When I went up to my room coz I wanted to change into my pj's, the dog came after me, I pushed him out of my room but he came back so I just let him stay.. When I took everything off and I was pure naked the dog came up to me sniffing my pussy with his wet nose, I pushed him away but it really turned me on so I wanted to try something new so when I sat down on my bed he came up again and started doing the same thing and I let him, I felt so turned on so I spread my legs and he started licking my pussy.. I could feel his tounge entering my vagina, it felt so good, I let him do it for about half an hour and after I started mastubating, I did the same yesterday and today too.. It felt really good but Im afraid I can get an infection.. The dog has had some kind of vaccinations but Im still afraid.. Could I get an infection? Please answer me quick..

Should I let my dog sleep on my bed? Why/why not?

I’m going to take a different approach here…First understand this: dogs are pack animals and they look up to you as the pack leader. So they want to be close to you! If you don’t let them sleep with you, at least offer them a nice doggie bed or blanket on the floor next to your bed.As for the pros and cons to letting them sleep IN the bed?I hate to say it but it really depends…Potential “ickys”Like others here have said, dogs don’t have shoes. So if you don’t bother to wipe down their paws or give them frequent baths after long walks outside, then you do tend to get a lot of dirt and other not-so-hygienic stuff laying next to you or on your pillow. Also, if you don’t keep up with properly grooming your dog and if the breed is prone to shedding, then you’re going to have a lot of hair on the sheets.Potential “benefits”Circadian rhythms: dogs thrive on routine and make excellent alarm clocks which ensures humans usually get better sleep. The presence of a dog (you know they love to live in the moment), they are a great partner to practice mindfulness and stillness. I love waking up to cuddles. There’s something special about being close to my pooches.Dogs have sleep cycles much similar to that of humans in that they go into REM (8–12% of their time is spent there) source: How Much Do Dogs Sleep and How Many Hours Does Fido Really Need Per Day? (The ANSWERS may surprise you!)In the link above I included, there’s also some studies showing cuddling with your dog released a hormone called oxytocin in humans and dogs! [1]It helps form bonds and reduces stress to promote a restful night! Also consider some dogs have anxiety and other sleep disorders so keeping them close to you may benefit both you and the pup!Now puppies are a bit different, so I only speak of adult dogs here.To avoid “messes” always feed earlier in the day, set routines and take them outside at night before bed. Also, coming back to the messy dog paws point, if you walk your dog on pavement a lot or on messy areas in an urban environment, just take a damp towel and wipe down their paws - this really helps minimize the mess inside the house! If your primary concern is yucky messes in the bed, just follow the steps above and you are good to go!Or just get a doggy bed close to you and train your pooch to stay down there :)Hope this helped!!Footnotes[1] How Much Do Dogs Sleep and How Many Hours Does Fido Really Need Per Day? Why am I feeling dead after the death of my pet? Why doesn't my heart want to accept that she's no more?

That feeling.its like an ache that doesn't seem to go away.As time goes by;"you'll learn to let go"But.There will always be an Emptiness..                           A Dog Has Died                                  :Pablo NerudaMy dog has died.I buried him in the garden next to a rusted old machine. Some day I'll join him right there, but now he's gone with his shaggy coat, his bad manners and his cold nose, and I, the materialist, who never believed in any promised heaven in the sky for any human being,I believe in a heaven I'll never enter.Yes, I believe in a heaven for all dogdom where my dog waits for my arrival, waving his fan-like tail in friendship.Ai, I'll not speak of sadness here on earth,of having lost a companion who was never servile. His friendship for me, like that of a porcupine withholding its authority, was the friendship of a star, aloof, with no more intimacy than was called for, with no exaggerations:he never climbed all over my clothes filling me full of his hair or his mange,he never rubbed up against my knee like other dogs obsessed with sex.No, my dog used to gaze at me,paying me the attention I need, the attention required to make a vain person like me understand that, being a dog, he was wasting time, but, with those eyes so much purer than mine,he'd keep on gazing at me with a look that reserved for me alone all his sweet and shaggy life, always near me, never troubling me,and asking nothing.Ai, how many times have I envied his tail as we walked together on the shores of the sea in the lonely winter of Isla Negra where the wintering birds filled the skyand my hairy dog was jumping about full of the voltage of the sea's movement:my wandering dog, sniffing away with his golden tail held high, face to face with the ocean's spray.Joyful, joyful, joyful,as only dogs know how to be happy with only the autonomy of their shameless spirit. There are no good-byes for my dog who has died, and we don't now and never did lie to eachother. So now he's gone and I buried him,and that's all there is to it.
