What should you do if you are wrongly accused of stealing?
I AM NOT A LAWYER. THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE.Wrongfully accused or innocent? Were you arrested and charged with a crime or did someone eat the last package of cupcakes? To me, “Wrongfully accused” means “guilty with blurred evidence”. 2 words now equal 4 and the GAME begins. “Inocent”, one word! Never offer more than necessary. If you need a muzzle buy one!If you have been charged with a crime keep your mouth shut and contact a lawyer ASAP. And NEVER, and I mean never, say “wrongfully accused” again. In a court of law WORDS begin to defy both physics and definition. I'd suggest hitting a law library to educate yourself concerning your charges and the punishments they may carry. Discuss your case with your lawyer only, and ask questions. Take part in your defense BEFORE entering a court room.Unless you are wealthy you will be propositioned to trade that innocence for quick resolution to avoid a financial boondoggle. For guilty people plea court could be beneficial. For innocent people of modest means this can become a nightmare. And guess what? Nobody cares.I have been a successful fool! I'm currently reprising my role as “The Fool”. DO NOT BE A FOOL!…and if you are guilty???? Hold yourself accountable, take personal responsibility, and be a god damn man.

Tim Allen, whose real name is Time Allen Dick, was born in Denver, but moved to Birmingham after his father as killed by a drunk driver circa 1965. Tim graduated from Seaholm High School in Birmingham, circa 1972, before he went to attend Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. While at Western Tim fell into the company of some characters that led him astray. Time was arrested and convicted for cocaine trafficing. He served a little over two years in federal prison, before a judge decided to take a risk and paroled him. He was "lucky" to have committed his offense before Federal sentencing guidelines restricted judges discretion. Tim moved to Royal Oak where he started his stand-up career as well as being a tv commercial actor. Tim did work for KMart, Jeep, Detroit Edison, a local pizza chain and a number of car dealerships. In 1989 or so he was featured on his own Showtime special called "Men Are Pigs", I think. It was shot at the State Theater in downtown Kalamazoo. The important point is that the "Home Improvement" series as based on the personality he created for the Showtime Special. In real life, Tim lived on Eastlady Drive in Beverly Hills, Michigan. His house was one house off of 14 Mile on the west side of the street. He sold the home about 1998-99 In the show, the exact city is never identified, but several times he does mention "Keego Harbor Heights" which doesn't really exist, although there is a little town called Keego Harbor. The village of Beverly Hills, sits just south of Birmingham and is indeed a pleasant little bedroom community. Birmingham and it's neighbor to the north are exceedingly wealthy, cozy and prosperous.

How do I sign up my child for Beyond Scared Straight?
Don't it's a joke. If your kid reads the paper stating the facility isn't responsible, they will see thier rights not to be touched or hit, violently abused, kicked and whatever else, they are also advised that they aren't allowed to touch the inmates.Once your kid realizes the inmates won't seriously harm him, he'll just laugh through it. It's what I did as a kid. As far as hurting his little feelings or causing Shame, good. Juvenile delinquents don't have any when they caused offense, they rarely show any guilt or remorse when being corrected. If you ask me, they need some shame
