Why do White Women love Black Men so ?
Black men and white women are the second most common interracial marriage, and they don't even come close to the most common, which is white men and asian women. Plus, you consider how many white men marry Hispanic, Hindu, and other women. Black men and white women do have the highest divorce rate, and that is a rate of over 75%. How many white women turn 30, then realize having black kids was the biggest mistake of their lives. I'm 45, and I've known too many women my age, are stuck raising a black kid, still not married, and if they can turn back the clock 30 years, they will never come within ten feet of a black guy.
Where can those black people get proper justice for their loved one after US prosecutor or the grand jury decline to press any homicide charge on those cop due to lack of sufficient evidence?
There are no legal criminal recourses for justice in those instances where officers have used brute force leading to the deaths of people who possibly should have just been arrested. US double jeopardy laws prevent these officers from being tried twice. Civil lawsuits can be brought against theses officers for the deathes of their victims, winning won't lead to incarceration but could lead to financial gain for the families who've suffered through the loss of relatives. A civil lawsuit is also easier to win in court. O.J. Simpson is an example of someone who was acquitted of murder, but later mandated in the civil court to pay millions to the families of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Huberman. However just as the US criminal court systems can fail, paying out damages awarded by civil judgments can be dodged by filing bankruptcy which has notoriously occurred in many high profile, civil lawsuit cases. Sadly, when a victim or family members of victims feel that justice system has failed them, they along with public sympathizers realize how extremely unjust and unfair living in the United States can be.
White people were all of these men at fault; Tamir rice trayvon martin Mike brown, Philando castile, alton sterling Eric garner, freddi gray?
No not all of them. Tamir Rice- not justified Trayvon Martin- I can't say that it was a justifiable killing, but he did engage in mutual physical combat with Zimmerman. So, yes I'd say he's partially at fault because of the way he reacted to the confrontation. When you choose to fight there is always the possibility of some psychopath like Zimmerman killing you. I think Zimmerman took it way to far and I'm not excusing him. Mike Brown- legally justifiable killing but not necessary. When you punch cops you run the risk of getting killed. Had Mike Brown not assaulted the cop he's probably be alive today. Yes the cop should have used a taser or other form of non lethal force first. Philando Castille- there isn't enough info yet to make a judgement. Alton Sterling- I'm not sure about this one yet. Eric Garner- that was murder or at least manslaughter. He was only resisting because he was literally fighting for his life. Freddy Gray- was flat out killed by the police.
Should Black people rise against white supremacist cops who are modern day lynching young minorities?
All people need to be wary of those corrupt cops who think they're Judge Dredd. Just as there are volunteer firefighters, there needs to be a volunteer program for regular citizens to be able to ride along with cops with video cameras for the purpose of keeping them honest. Who's watching the watchman? It makes no sense to put the police in charge of watching the police. We need a separate organization to be in charge of reviewing the police. Think about it: do we allow the scientists who do a study to conduct their own peer review? NO! How would that check against fraud? The review of police needs to be an open public process or it needs to be handled by neutral volunteers.
What is victim blaming?
So every victim has no responsibility. Hmm i recall people were just talking about the zimmerman case where the teenager who was obviously a victim had some form of responsibility. But how come when it comes to women they can never have any form of responsiblity. So why is it in society some people are victims and have some responsibility and other victims don't? What could be the reason for this? Who decides that certain victims have to be responsible and certain ones do not. Without throwing in race please, god forbid we establish racial social society differences. For the sake of argument we will stay out of that. Im strictly speaking why certain people get a pass on their behavior and certain people do not when they are victim.
