How to get the "tumblr" effect on your pictures?
The app Afterlight is pretty good :). It cost money though. If you pick a picture and choose the first bar in the bottom (left of the colours) you can change how the picture looks. Like the brightness, contrast etc. I think if you have a higher brightness and less contrast your picture will look "softer/foggy". Hope I helped >_< c:. Oh and it's better to take pictures with natural light (sun).

Like on instagram you see this girls look so perfect like their skin is glass!!!! I know they use an app but which one do they use?? [I use a samsung galaxy note 2 phone]. I don't see any app that can give you these effects on instagram except the basic ones that make your picture dark or light or warm ....
