What Are Good Low Price Search Engines

Are there any flight ticket search engines that don't track your cookies (and change prices)?

I don’t trust any of these technology companies or web sites or airlines when they say they don’t track cookies.I just don’t. I know they all SAY that they don’t track cookies, and I know that researchers have done testing to see it and usually the results are inconclusive or show that they aren’t tracking cookies… but there’s really no regulatory schemes against it, either. That said, I also don’t think they are going to raise your fares after you do a search on a given city/flight. If anything, cookie tracking might lead to lower fares. Why?Because if the fare they show you the first time isn’t low enough to entice you to buy, then showing you a higher fare on subsequent visits certainly isn’t going to help push you over the edge to buying! What they call “dynamic pricing” or “price discrimination” or “price customization” has been around a long time.Victoria’s Secret got some flak for it, years ago, because they literally sent out catalogs with customized pricing in them; if you were a customer who aggressively used coupons or only bought stuff when it was on sale, they sent you a catalog with lower “markdown” pricing in it. If you regularly bought stuff at full price, they’d send you a catalog with the same products… at full prices. There’s been demonstrated versions of this on the internet, too. Web sites change prices based on customers' habits and I got it cheaper than youThe internet retailers are much more sophisticated at these things than they were in those articles (which are from 2005 and 1998, respectively) but to think that they are NOT doing it is folly.

What is the best meta flight search engine to travel in Asia since I am finding better prices in the local airlines websites than in Kayak, Skyscanner being that these airlines don't show up there?

I can't come up with the "best", but as a website you can consider is Book cheap last minute travel deals (Lastminute.com)Although its not targetted for asia, it does somewhat contain info with LCCs. Another option you should consider is Page on ctrip.com. Even though it's ran by a Chinese, the service and the accuracy is highly reliable. For each airline, air asia would be good for SEA, spring airlines for in-out bound from mainland China. Cebu pacific for philippines and so on.
