Guidance on major in medical nutrition or health sciences..holistic?

Im changing my major and need help with deciceing what route to take. I want to be some type of nutritionist to help people lead a healthy lifestyle.. maybe help if they have chronic illness.. maybe help in preventing them. I also am very into holistic healing so if i did go to school for some type of medical nutrition I would also want to have some holistic knowledge as well. Is there such thing as a medical nutritionist who also specializes in holistic health? guidance please!
