Question about that playstation now thing for the PS4?
Hey I have a PS4 and a friend told me that I could play PS3 games on it using Playstation Now. However when I looked it up on google to check it out it said that I was able to stream the game. The only thing is I do not know if by that it means downloading it or if i have to have a constant connection to the internet to play it. I do not have internet at my house and I have to go to a relative's inorder to do this and if I have to have a continuous connection then I don't even want to deal with it
How come Playstation Home was never carried over to the PS4?
Because it never really caught on with the PS3 iteration. Home was a lot like “Second Life,” except instead of being on a computer that’s built to do a wide-range of things it was a on a gaming console/multimedia device. It really wasn’t the right platform for Home and the PC already had a much more robust version of the same concept.I tried Home for about a month when it first came out and I thought it was pretty pointless. Not everyone shared my opinion I’m sure, but you never heard people talking about Home.Home never got ported to the PS4 because it failed on the PS3.

Does the PlayStation 4 have a region lock in games?

From your question, I assume you're talking about physical copies (discs) but I will also address digital copies further below.The physical copies of games, as I write this, are not region-locked.
