Lush - my favourite song is 'De-Luxe' (and it's my favourite of the songs I've listed here).This Mortal Coil - a group which brought in Elizabeth Fraser as a vocalist (she was also the vocalist for The Cocteau Twins). This song is 'Kangaroo' which doesn't feature Fraser.Pale Saints - 'Half Life, Remembered'Ride. These guys were one of the more prominent shoe-gazing bands in the early 90s. This is 'Leave Them All Behind'.Phantogram is a band I only recently heard about, from someone who suggested them because I like The Cocteau Twins.Have fun and get your shoe-gaze on!

You have to listen Isaac Delusion's 1st album. This is a French dream pop band which completely destroy any other band I've ever heard in my life in electro-atmospheric-dream pop.
