Grate 5g cheese and mix this again properly. Add crushed black pepper about 1g. Put this in the microwave for 3 minutes on high temperatures. Make sure everything is mixed very well.and enjoy it.This is very very healthy as it has only minute amount of oil. I'm trying to lose weight and i need some help or ideas of healthy foods i should eat...i know fruits and vegetables obviously...but im going grocery shopping today and could use some help...I LOVE pastas and i know i cant have them because its like all processed and im not eatting any processed foods. would whole wheat pasta be ok? also what are some healthy snacks? because i love snacking

( granola can be high fat so check the label and use small amt like a Tbsp or so with the yogurt. Dry ceral such as honey nut cheerios cereal.eat like a snack dry for breakfast.

You're body has been fasting all night so it's really important to fuel your body first thing in the morning to stablize your blood sugar again. Simple carb such as fruit is perfect to give you the energy spike you need and I always think it's a good idea to get some protein at each meal/snack.

Basically, though, these are the foods that need to be your best buddies:
lean protein--
beef, turkey, chicken, fish, pork, eggs...any of that will work but buy lean cuts. Limit hamburger to once a week and buy the 90% fat free. It's just as good, I promise.

veggies--
of all kinds without butter or sauces but a tiny bit of olive oil would be okay

fruits--
of all kinds

whole-grains--
whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, brown rice instead of white, potatoes are fine (without butter) but sweet potatoes are healthier

low-fat dairy--
skim milk (at least for the adults), low-fat or fat-free yogurt, 2% cheese
