What are some healthy foods to eat while losing weight?

I'm trying to lose weight and i need some help or ideas of healthy foods i should eat...i know fruits and vegetables obviously...but im going grocery shopping today and could use some help...I LOVE pastas and i know i cant have them because its like all processed and im not eatting any processed foods. would whole wheat pasta be ok? also what are some healthy snacks? because i love snacking

Add coriander powder 1/4 tsp, cumin powder 1/4tsp and chopped coriander leaves about 2-3 g.Add 1.5 teaspoon of lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix everything again. Grate 5g cheese and mix this again properly. Add crushed black pepper about 1g. Put this in the microwave for 3 minutes on high temperatures. Make sure everything is mixed very well.and enjoy it.This is very very healthy as it has only minute amount of oil. We always ALWAYS have beans in the house ...My boyfriends mum who I live with cooks them all the time straight from the bean... So Its probably the healthiest thing we have in the house besides fruits and vegetables... Otherwise everything else in this house is Greasy and Processed..... So would beans be a good option?

I bought tabouli salad the other day and loved it! I saw that the ingredients were bulgar wheat, onions, cucumbers, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper. I was wondering if that is a salad to eat while you are losing weight? It is a low glycemic food, there was not too much olive oil or salt and nothing but fresh veggies. So what do you think?
