If there’s a high-end product you like, find and copy its ingredients list. First try looking at the company’s website. If it’s not listed there, check both Sephora’s website and Ulta Beauty (whichever carries the brand). If you still can’t find it. try searching Google by inputting the product’s complete name in quotes and the word “ingredients” (also in quotes).You can do part of your dupe search online if you’re already aware of any drugstore products that you suspect may be dupes. Just find the ingredients lists for those products and compare them to the ingredients list of your high-end product. You will NOT be able to find an “exact match” - but that’s okay. What you are looking for are a match of the first four or five ingredients. It’s the first four or five ingredients that comprise the greatest percentage of the ingredients in any cosmetic formula. I also adore Revlon Colorstay in Buff. Especially as it now features a nifty pump. I've gotten compliments on my skin with both. Blush: Milani Rose blush in Romantic Rose is a dupe of the famed and coveted Tarte Exposed and Luminoso Baked Blush is a good dupe for the famed NARS OrgasmEyebrows: Oh man, I am loving the brow pomade chunky pencil by Maybelline. So easy and so good. Anastasia is excellent, but is it a crime that I am loving the Maybelline at the moment??Mascara: Maybelline Full and Soft for a natural look and L'Oreal Butterfly for a very defined look. Jordana Extreme Lash for more dramatic. Lips: NYX Lip Butter gloss and Matte Lip Creams. I also like the Maybelline lipsticks. Touchable Taupe is a dupe of Urban Decay 1993. You won’t find high-end, luxury brands such as Chanel, Burberry, MAC, Lancome or Clinique at these stores. Instead you’ll see Cover Girl, Maybelline, Rimmel London, Loreal, and Neutrogena. This isn’t an exhaustive list but some of the more popular drugstore brands. These are readily and easily accessible and you don’t have to go to a specialty store to find them. Luxury brands are the opposite of drugstore brands. These products come at a higher price-point and are found at specialty stores such as Sephora or Nordstrom. Products are specially formulated using higher-quality ingredients and are not necessarily as easy to access.
