What Are Some Pictures That Represent The 2000

What are the best pictures that showcase Brazil?

Depends on what aspect of Brazil you want to highlight:1. If you want to highlight our contrasts, inbalances, and so on, this picture says it all:It shows Rio de Janeiro as seen from one of the favelas on the top of the mountains that surround Rio. The middle/upper class rich people live sometimes meters away from the favela, coexisting in the same space. It also contrasts Brazil´s natural beauties and very vast natural resources with its poverty and that is still very widespread and its urbanization. For the sake of the economic/social imbalances, you can also use this picture from São Paulo's Morumbi region:2. This a picture of a painting, but it is also very good to depict how diverse is the Brazilian population. We were derived from a mixture of Europeans (Portuguese and Spanish) and Indians. Then came the African slaves. More recently (start of the 20th century) another wave of European (Italians and Germans, mostly) and Asian (Japanese) migration. So the population is very diverse racewise.3. If you want to understand the past decade in Brazil, and its economic boom, you have to look at this picture. It represents our: i) Real estate boom: The country has underwent a real-estate boom. This development below is a complex of more than 8 apartment towers (all with 2000 sq . ft. + apartments), one luxury shopping mall (with Chanel, Hermés, Salvatore Ferragamo, etc) and 2 commercial towers.ii) Very high end luxury market: Businessmen are getting very rich. Our capital markets have developed themselves sharply. Companies are selling out, merging, IPOing, etc. Consumption is growing a lot. We have the largest helicopter fleet in the world. Biggest selling Ferrari store. All big luxury brands are here.

How many pictures does a 2GB SD card hold?

To find out how many pictures a 2GB SD card can hold, put the memory card in your camera. The camera should display the number of exposures you can take on the LCD screen. If your camera doesn't have that capability, simply take one photo, then check the file size of that photo. Then all you need to do is a little maths.  Take the capacity of the card in Megabytes (hint: 2GB = 2000MB) and divide it by file size of the photo in Megabytes.  That should give you a rough estimate of the number of exposures you can take. It can only ever be a rough estimate because image files are not always the same size.

Looking for the value of an antique picture of jesus?

I love it when people do not read the question before putting answering. I already own the picture. I have had it in my possession for 20 years. My grandmother had it for as long as I can remember. I am FULLY aware that it is not a 2000 year old painting. But that doesn't mean it isn't a hundred or few years old. It's an awesome picture, I have never in my life seen anything like it and just wanted to know where I can go to see older pictures. If you don't know of any sites like this, then you don't need to answer the question.

Radioactive decay let Q represent a mass of carbon 14 (14^c ( in grams), whose half life is 5730 years.?

Radioactive decay is the set of various processes by which unstable atomic nuclei (nuclides) emit subatomic particles (radiation). Decay is said to occur in the parent nucleus and produces a daughter nucleus. This is a random process, i.e. it is impossible to predict the decay of individual atoms.

The trefoil symbol is used to indicate radioactive material. The Unicode encoding of this symbol is U+2622 (☢).The SI unit for measuring radioactive decay is the becquerel (Bq). If a quantity of radioactive material produces one decay event per second, it has an activity of one Bq. Since any reasonably-sized sample of radioactive material contains very many atoms, one becquerel is a tiny level of activity; numbers on the order of gigabecquerels are seen more commonly.

What do ISRO scientists feel about the Mangalyaan's picture being featured on the new 2000 rupees note?

In my opinion, this has to be lauded by everyone of us. It is definitely a great step by the Government. Recognizing Mangalyaan can surely be one of the best things that the Government has done with the introduction of the ₹ 2000 note. Definitely, it will be much to the delight of all the scientists who have worked tirelessly to get the MOM (Mars Orbital Mission) accomplished. Take a look at the below image captured by our very own MOM -But one thing that struck me, while looking at this question was the fact that definitely this was not the first time, an indigenous spacecraft made it to the Indian currency note. If you try to think back a little, when our generation was really young, we had the ₹ 2 (of course, Rs. then) note in 1976, which had another legendary spacecraft on the rear side. Yes, I’m talking about Aryabhata, India’s first satellite. For the sake of knowledge, it was built by ISRO and launched from Kapustin Yar using a Kosmos-3M launch vehicle under an agreement between India and the Soviet Union. Here, you can take a look at the note -Consider the time. It was just 1976. I accept that though the Space Race in the West had come to an end by this time, the launch of Aryabhat defintely showed the world that a new Space Power is slowly rising into prominence. And yes, India (ISRO) has really come a long way from that. From the Aryabhat to the Mangalyaan, and looking forward to the Chandrayaan 2 and Mangalyaan 2, we can really feel proud about ISRO.I won’t be getting carried away with the achievements of the Magalyaan, but the fact that it was the cheapest Mars Mission ever and the record time (15 months) in which it was built and deployed, deserves special attention. Also it has to be mentioned that this was the first time ever that any country (Space Research Body) hit success the very first time. These are only a few. For the detailed achievements, you can have a look at the below thread -What are the achievements of Mangalyaan? So yes, though ISRO has received such well-deserved accolades before too, it is always important to keep recognizing the great achievements. So, definitely it is a welcome step by the Government, one that makes ISRO and the rest of the country so proud. We hope that such great scientific endeavours will be recognized by the Government in future too. Because ISRO makes us dream, makes us believe. Hats off to them. Jai Hind!

Why do Indian rupee notes only have a picture of Mahatma Gandhi? Why don’t we have faces of multiple Indians on different denomination notes? Diversity is no excuse. States in the USA are pretty diverse too.

The currency currently being used is called Mahatma Gandhi series which was introduced in 1996.Before 1996, not all the currency notes had Mahatma Gandhi's face on it, rather there were different pictures ranging from Ashoka Pillar, Tanjore Temple, India Gate, Bengal Tiger, Aryabhatta satellite and many more.Earlier 10 rupee note and present oneEarlier 50 rupees note and current oneEarlier 100 rupees note and current oneAll different types of notes were scraped and new Gandhi series was started mainly because ofMore types created more chance of fake currency.People got confused whether the new note was real or fake.States were fighting to get tourist places in their regions on currency notes. If single series had to be chosen, why Gandhi?, why not Tiger? Or Parliament building?RBI decided that it is difficult to create a fake currency of Human Being as any subtle changes can be easily identified. And Gandhi was an unanimous choice as he had a very good image among all religions and all parts of the India.Apart from these there were many other notes such as  Tanjore TempleGateway of IndiaPeacockOil Rig(to show development)Aryabhatta satelliteKonark Sun TempleTigerSources:Who other than the Mahatma can adorn our rupee notes and why?All other notes imageshttp://www.mintageworld.com/medi...
