What Are Some Really Good Not Disgusting/so Scary Drama-like And Creepy Horror Movies

How can I stop getting scared after watching a horror movie?

Yes. I use these two techniques personally. I'm so shit scared that when I need to pee in middle of the night I probably need someone outside the bathroom door keeping a watch for me (just in case those fictional characters were real and would come to kill me at night while peeing. Haha yes, mind doesn't work by logic at night.)Technique No. 1 -So the technique number 1 is to watch it in mute. Unmute when dialogues are being said. But keeping it on mute will allow you to be not that scared when something or someone suddenly appears.Sound effects of these movies make it more scary.Another psychological hack with this is that watching it on mute won't let you completely submerge in the scary atmosphere, you'd be able to differentiate between what's a real world and fiction.Hence, you'd be way more less scared.Technique No. 2 —So this may sound stupid but it works. So be with me here. I use it. It does help.Step 1 - Make your friends or family watch it with you.Step 2 - When you start feeling scared, make jokes on the movie, make fun of it.The psychology behind this is to ridicule it that your brain knows it's not supposed to take the scary movie seriously. And hence, to not get scared.I hope this helped you. Happy Scary-loween!

Horror movie I saw earlier is making me feel weird, what should I do...?

You are getting Psycho. Its obvious that you think too much, and now the movie has made a big impression inside you.

Well, I suggest you to watch comedy movies, or best are cartoons, something like Looney Tunes.

Go find it and watch it and enjoy it. I am sure this will help you erasing your hallucinations. And if u find dark clouds behind, then you'll find bunny dancing above it.

lol.
all the best.
ANd relax.

Horror movies make me mad. is that normal?

They certainly dont scare me, ive never been afraid of a movie. But watching people get tortured just makes me mad, i know its just a movie but it makes you think, this stuff really happens in the world, in America alone 16,000 people die each year, thats about 320 murders a day. I just cant bare watching people be tortured, its so wrong! Nobody deserves their bodies feelings (pain) used against them because thats what it is, sick twisted fux enjoying hurting people.

Which is scarier: American Horror Story or Supernatural?

Personally, I don't think either show is scary, but they can be creepy. American Horror Story is much creepier, gory, and disturbing than Supernatural is. Supernatural was a little scary thought in like the first season, but afterwards, not so much. Both are great shows though.

How scary/creepy is the movie Black Swan?

If your comparing it to something like Paranormal Activity and Fourth Kind, its nowhere near that kind of scariness.
Basically its an hour and a half movie. The first hour is completely fine, but the last half hour or 20 minutes do get a bit scary. There are some jump scenes, like where a girl in the hospital starts stabbing her cheeks (but its Nina's hallucination), and the part where i personally jumped the most was when Nina gets to her home and shes in the kitchen washing her hands and than turns the lights off hears "sweet girl" turns the lights on again and theirs the bloody girl standing there from the hospital hooolly **** i screamed in the theatre lol.
theirs a bit of blood, and some disturbing scenes like where her knees get inverted and broken or whatever, but it's her hallucination.
thats just a few of the scary scenes, theirs some more but i get nightmares easily as well but i dont think this movie will (hopefully) give me any. The focus of the movie is to show how Nina is going insane, and how she interacts with her inner "black" swan, the scary stuff sorta comes with it especially toward the end.
great movie, definitly worth seeing honestly one of the best films ive ever seen

What are the most scariest and unique scenes from Indian horror shows like Aahat or Fear Files (I mean actually scary)?

I think that most of the Indian horror shows are not scary. Even as a small kid, I used to watch shows like Anhonee, Zee Horror Show, Aahat, Sssshh Koi Hai and never found them spooky. But till now, interestingly only two episodes were executed properly with the concept of multiple possessions and residual haunting with a mature approach. They were ironically the most viewed episodes of the show Fear Files on Zee TV. The first one was the first episode of first season of Fear Files which was remarkably good with the story of a couple moving to a new villa to live and experiencing residual haunting. Interestingly, there was not a single scene of the so called ghost or any disfigured man/woman but the incidences of things getting out of place, noises at night, seeing shadows and that sense of building the moment of truth gradually scene by scene was really mind-blowing. For the first time in my life, I also felt disturbed after seeing that episode.Second episode was the Ladakh episode which has views on Youtube as well and was showed in two parts since it was 2 hours episode. It was not scary but the script was very good and the acting of the lady who gets possessed by 9 different people was incredible. It was again another unique and well narrated story.I think you will like it since it has all the elements of priests, monks, hindu exorcism rites which are usually there in any Indian horror show. But what made me see this episode is the acting and the fact that the lady was going through so much mental, physical and emotional exertion who gets possessed. Thats disturbing in a total different sense.

Is the movie Dark Water any good? Be honest.?

In my opinion it is a fairly decent film, but has a limited audience...only a mother that loves her children can really connect with this film. All esle are confused and bored.

Have to say it is very much not a movie to watch with children under the teen years as a young girl goes missing and is dead.

My at the time 12-year old son was bored and could not follow it and asked if he could play his video game in his room about 20 minutes into the story...partly because it was disturbing because a child was missing and it scared him and the other half out of boredom.

What made the movie Carrie so scary?

it was a great horror movie that wasn't necessarily scary. it's in the horror genre because she uses supernatural powers to slaughter the entire class. there isn't another genre that covers that. the adrenaline rush horror movie is only one type of horror movie. there are others.

carrie wasn't even an adrenaline rush horror in the 70s. but it was, and is, still a great movie that leaves you horrified by the ending, even if you're not scared.
