What happens to a saltwater fish when it's put in freshwater?
Thanks to the magical process of osmosis, the fish will explode. Or, rather, it’s cells would, but I like to picture an exploding fish for the epic gore factor.In a nutshell, osmosis is the diffusion of water across cell membrane down a concentration gradient (making it a form of passive transport because no energy is required in travelling down a concentration gradient. Just imagine a rock rolling down a hill; you don’t need to exert any energy by pushing the rock for it to roll down the hill).A saltwater fish is wired to survive in a very salty environment, like the ocean. Since it is surrounded by a high salt concentration (in comparison to water), water will be continuously “pulled” out the fish in order to achieve equilibrium, which is why saltwater fish continuously drink: to replenish the lost water in their bodies.On the other hand, freshwater fish continuously pee in order to remove water from their bodies, because they have a lower salt concentration within them compared to their freshwater environment. Again, because of osmosis, the concentration gradient, etc. etc.Now envision putting a saltwater fish in a freshwater environment (poor thing… don’t actually do that…). A saltwater fish has adapted to its natural habitat by constantly drinking, and placing it in a foreign environment will not change that natural mechanism (at least it won’t survive long enough to change). A saltwater fish has much less water in its body compared to the environment, so it will absorb plenty and plenty of water. It will also DRINK and not PEE like a freshwater fish. It’s going to keep filling up with water until all of its cells explode. And the fish dies.R.I.P.

Many people used to say like TCS job is almost like a government job.You don't feel heavy burden of work as they give us the work what we can handle .You have an health insurance scheme in which you can add your parents, spouse, children .Within TCS we have a platform named as Ievolve, is an excellent platform which you can learn technologies and things 24×7 .On the basis of the leaves , if you are pregnant women , then you can get a one year of leave period without pay. Apart from that we can have a sufficient leaves per annum.If you are interested in social service then there is a good platform called as Purpose4Life , which you can do service in fields of education , environment and health. Many CSR activities are going in TCS and you can participate in all .The pricelist of food in the canteens is low compared to the outside pricelist.Within TCS we have many competitions like singing, dancing , sports, acting, photography,cooking, rangoli, traditional dress , …… everything .If you did any external certifications in any technology , TCS will reimburse your amount that you paid for that certification exam .If you are working in shifts , TCS provides a cab service. If any lady associate is working in night shift then she has to be escorted by another gent associate to her staying place . People are my passion, and I' very fortunate to meet 100's of people every year, from every walk of life, success level, social status, nationality, education level, religion, and views on life. Among them are some very wealthy people, each of them as unique as their story on how they came to wealth. Below I'll describe their stories in one sentence for each one. Money in itself has no power, but it becomes powerful when a person makes a god out of it. When money becomes the center of ones universe, it makes the person do strange things, their entire living revolves around it, their shtick explaining what it does is somehow paranoid, but nevertheless very convincing.When others join that universe they get swept up in the centripetal force of it, and usually end up in a black hole.Here are some of my aquaintences:this person owns acres of resources rich land, but waits for the prices of land to raise to the maximum before selling, so lives in a home on wheels, getting by on food stampsthis person believed in getting a hefty inheritance, so he never married, never had children so he wouldn't have to share his money with them. In the last 20 years of his life he owned one outfit, lived on hand outs from others, the house was a shack, and he died without any inheritancethis person grew up in an a house the size of a shed, later in life made oodles of money, lived like a king, later in life got into drugs and lost it allthis person made his fortune playing sports, invested wisely, is known worldwide for his generous heartthis person was born into money, never worked a day in his life, thinks he is the most miserable man that ever lived, because has no real friends, only people who love him when he treats them to material things they themselves can't/won't buyI'd like to answer the question with a little twist, the perception of the people who have all the money in the world, but are still lacking something.
