What are some foods high in protein and low in fat?

Some poultry and seafood like Skinless chicken and turkey breast and most kind of fish such as flounder, sole, cod and canned tuna are high-protein, low -fat and nutritious food. Rolled cheese and ham slices, cottage cheese with tomatoes and Greek yogurt with cucumbers are ideas for high-protein, low-fat snacks. Legumes, or beans, split peas and lentils are low-fat sources of protein and other nutrients.

What Asian foods are high in protein and good carbs but low in calories?

My family and I consume a lot of white rice and seafood (some of which go through the frying process). My parents also store high caloric foods in our house such as potato chips, brand-name snacks (Ritz, Chips Ahoy, Oreo, Nutter Butter), fruit cups, and deli pastries. We also love to flavor a lot of our meals with soy sauce.

I'd say the only food in our house that provides real benefit are hard-boiled eggs and fresh fruit. We rarely eat our vegetables raw. I'm trying to eat better since I've gained a lot of weight this year, and even though I've been making aerobic exercise a habit and keeping my calorie intake low, the weight isn't going anywhere.
