What Are The Airsoft Regulation In Norway

Is there a legal penalty for intentionally killing a cat?

Depends on the jurisdiction, but often times, yes.Animal cruelty charges apply. If you killed a pet cat, you’ve essentially destroyed its owners’ property, so you can be brought up on criminal charges for that.Owners of a pet cat can sue you for the distress you caused them.If you kill a feral cat that is a pest in your area, and it is legal to kill feral cats, it is still a crime to kill them in an inhumane manner. Typically, feral cats are trapped live and put to sleep. If it becomes common knowledge that you killed a cat, especially someone’s pet or even a friendly neighborhood stray, especially in a cruel manner, it can ruin your reputation. It’s not just legal repercussions you should worry about. Here’s a woman who dumped a cat in a garbage can. She didn’t even kill the cat. The Internet now hates her:How 4chan Brought the Evil British Cat Bin Woman to JusticeIf you have a feral cat problem, call animal control; don’t try to kill the cats yourself. It’s not necessary, and it’s not even effective. Most of the time, killing ferals doesn’t work because they simply breed and repopulate, and the ones that survive become trap-shy.The best approach is TNR—trap, neuter, release. Live traps are baited and set; the cats are taken to volunteer vets to be neutered; then they’re released back into their old territory, often monitored by volunteers from the Humane Society or a similar rescue group. Neutering feral cats means that they stay in that ecological niche, but they don’t reproduce out of control and they don’t become a nuisance. They can easily become working community cats, keeping rats and mice away from public spaces—a net benefit for everyone involved.

Why don’t we see mass shootings in countries like Canada or Sweden, where citizens have the legal right to own rifles like AR-15s?

You wont see a school kid in Sweden with an AR-15, and it's not easy for just anyone to get a licence for the AR-15 or similar rifles. It is theoretically possible to get a license for it, but not for hunting. You need to be a member of a sport shooting club that holds competitions for that type of rifle and there will be miles and miles of paperwork before you get permission to buy the rifle.Due to cost, regulations and paperwork young people will most likely not have access to guns at all. Even if their parents hunt or is in a shooting club the regulations for storing a gun at home is super strict. There will be no guns just lying around for an aspiring school shooter to use, and they will most likely not be able to buy them themselves.EDIT: The latest school killing in Sweden (3 people killed, 2 people hurt, the attacker was shot and killed by police) was performed with a sword as the weapon of choice. Of course it can happen in Sweden, but it will probably not be a "shooting".

Is it legal for a civilian to be wearing a full military camouflage uniform at the airport while traveling?

It is definitely legal if the uniform belongs to you and you are entitled to every addition you have done to itYou still might not want to do it, though. There is the added security risk from violent pacifists(funny bunch, aint they?) and terror-inclined people, but from what I've had the pleasure to experience, any U.S. soldiers in foreign airports or mass transit hubs, should they wear any part of the uniform, get disciplined.I had this encounter in Stavanger airport (Norway) a few years back when I had the boots, trousers (with a certain distinctive belt, pockets stuffed with rubber snakes) & shirt on, because my carry-on was over capacity (didn't help that the bag itself was actual U.S. Army issue with my name tag on it...) . I was and am not a member of the U.S. Army, but my face was turned a little white by a 1SG asking for "what the f*ck do you think you're up to strolling around like this and who is your CO?", I wanted to somehow tell him that I was not an American soldier, but the food poisoning and hospitalization from the day before meant that the only "words" I could get out were "uh huh", "Embassy", "work" and "sorry, I can't  do this right now", he had to get to his flight, but promised to file a report about me as soon as he got back to wherever he was headed. If you want to think embarrassing thoughts in the shower (or before falling asleep) for years to come, I say go for it.

Are soldiers allowed to wear two different camouflages?

Once upon a time, the British Army and particularly the BAOR (Forces in Germany facing off against the Soviets), multiple forces equipment was normal. This continued to be the case until around the late 90’s I would say. The introduction of Soldier 95 (in 1995!) and Options for change finally saw some decent equipment come down the line.Even in the 00’s however there are examples of multiple types of cam being used. This is me in the early 90’s. You will note the American helmet and British jacket being two types of cam.In 1991 Soldier magazine published a cartoon. In the three picture cartoon two American’s were looking at a soldier walking pass them in the desert camp (remember this was when all the countries had sent forces to liberate Kuwait).American 1 to American 2 “what country is he from?”American 2 replies “American jungle boots, German sleep bag under his arm, Norwegian shirt, Dutch trousers? He must be British!”British SAS and DevGru in Iraq, note the SAS guy is in desert trousers and the temperate JacketSAS in Iraq again, note the Brit DPM trousers and US Dessie top.It would be fair to say that SF get to play under certain rules of their own, however, the Brits have had some leeway for sometime. For example, my unit issued smocks instead of jackets. A small but interesting indicator. Here’s a close protection team in Bosnia - note the mix of jungle and temperate weather clothing and I think at least three types of boots.2003 invasion of Iraq, a Para wearing DPM Desert and DPM Temperate. Judging by the weather he probably got the right combination!LASTLY, even British army tanks in Germany were cam’d differently, the upper pattern was known as Berlin pattern and the lower, temperate.

What is it like owning/driving motorcycles in USA? Are there any strict street regulations? I see much less motorcycles in videos or movies set in US (unless for action/hobby purposes), compared to many Asian cities where motorcycles outnumber cars.

It’s awesome, especially if you live in a part of the United States that has good weather most of the year, like much of the West Coast or throughout the Southwest. The roads can range from excellent to dangerously in need of repair, and lane splitting/filtering is illegal everywhere but California, but many people do it anyway. One is required to pass a fairly brief specialized motorcycle written test and practical skills test in most states AFAIK, but after that your license is unrestricted and you are legally allowed to ride any size bike at any time of day, assuming you can afford the mandatory insurance. There is a concerted effort to get new and returning/low time riders to pass a basic two day motorcycle safety course that teaches technical, legal, and safety information and also practical riding experience on a closed course using smaller motorcycles. In most states if you complete this course, you are excused from taking the riding portion of the motorcycle operator’s test needed to get your license. *The same organization also offers intermediate and experienced rider level courses for ongoing skills improvement. As far as “strict street regulations”, the law is almost exactly the same for motorcycles as it is for cars and light trucks in most cases.*Edited to add: Passing the MSF course might also get some people a small discount on their insurance premiums.
