Bjs or costco in hawaii?

There is a Costco on Oahu. It is off of Nimitz Highway, next to Best Buy.

Other than Costco, I do not know of any others. However there is a "Swap Meet" (flea market), every Wed, Sat & Sun at Aloha Stadium where you can get some stuff like you can in BJ's or Costco. Not sure about the other islands, but there will be swap meets just everywhere you go.

What are the best place for windsurfing in Oahu, Hawaii?

Kailua is the best for beginners and intermediate sailors.  There is good wave sailing at Mokuleia Beach Park, on the north shore, with a relatively easy way to sail out into the surf.  There are other north shore spots, but much more advanced due to gusty winds and shallow reefs.   Waves in summer are bigger at Diamond Head on the south shore, but it is a more advanced spot than Mokes.

4 days in Hawaii - what to do and see?

Happy to have you come Hawaii, 4 days not too much time, that for sure, if you going to Oahu, and you want to see island, yes rent car, but remember you can make mobetta deal away from airport for car rental, than at airport, ok? So maybe get shuttle or taxi to hotel, then rent car for day or two, ok? If you history buff, Pearl Harbor nice, USS Missouri great, but if WW2 not a big deal for you, maybe you want to see Hanauma bay and snorkel for day instead-take a tour group, get gear and lunch included, cause parking a problem, or drive to North Shore, see Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, and Haliewa Town, yeah? Also, don't forget at least one day at Waikiki beach, try surf if you don't know how already, yeah? Mainly, just enjoy, our gift to you, ok?
Peace and aloha to you from Hawaii

Hawaii (state): What are the best relatively unheard of beaches in Oahu?

Everyone has heard of every beach that most people would consider "good", meaning pretty with lots of beach space. There's a couple of smaller, hike down to them type beaches, but I've generally found them not worth the effort. Since they are so small, they are just as crowded as any other popular beach. If that's what you're looking for though, I can definitely direct you to a few of those. But as long as you are just looking for a nice beach without a lot of people on it (and don't really care about whether the beach has been heard of or not), then I'd have to recommend Waimanalo Beach. It's huge, possibly the biggest on the island, and you can usually find yourself a pretty empty spot on the beach. Part of the beach is taken up by an air force base, and is therefore only accessible on weekends, but it tends to be way more crowded when it is open, so I think the regular Waimanalo side is probably more what you're looking for.Another place you can find nice empty beaches is the far west side of the island. This is a part of the island that very few people get to, and is not at all touristy. It isn't particularly safe though, so make sure you don't bring any valuables if you choose to go here. And to echo Smarter Travel, Oahu Revealed is absolutely worth the money if you're going to be on Oahu for a couple days or more.

What exactly does it mean when you say "HAPPY TRAILS"?

When you say "Happy Trails" to someone, what exactly does it mean? Does it mean you're not planning to see the person for a long time (or ever again)? Thanks.

What are some tips for traveling to Oahu Hawaii?

Avoid Allegiant. They are usually cheaper, sure, but you’ll inevitably regret it and that’s another answer for another day.Book travel about five or six weeks before you go. Too early and too late, you’ll pay more. Unless money isn’t a real big deal to you, watch the fares daily for a couple weeks and you’ll soon see what days are best.If you take a family or go often, pick an airline and be loyal to it. When we return to the mainland, we fly Hawaiian. My organization, BYU-Hawaii, gets me a couple free pieces of luggage per ticket and because I have a large family (nine kids—five still at home) we easily earn enough points to get a free ticket now and again.Likewise, unless cost is no object, a hotel or other lodging (VRBO) is going to be worth carefully searching out—particularly during summer months and from about a week before Thanksgiving to a week after New Years. Talk to someone who has actually been to the hotel or home, in my experience, pictures online are worse than useless.Don’t rent a jeep on Oahu—there is nowhere to go with it. Go with cheap and small and keep your driving to a minimum as we have rush hours and you can spend a good couple hours in traffic if you aren’t careful. If you like the North Shore, stay on the North Shore. If you like Waikiki, stay in Waikiki. Unless it is your very first trip, save the rental car money and treat yourself to a nicer hotel. If you like to snorkel, go to Shark’s Cove, which is great in the summer. During the winter months, the North Shore will have dangerous surf but the Windward side will have plenty of quiet beaches. Avoid Hanauma Bay—there are just too many people. Finally, use lots of sunscreen. We have large numbers of tourists come through my little town of Laie and all too often they are clearly identified by their sunburns.Enjoy. Be nice to people. Respect the locals.
