(Maybe you don't like the place she wanted to go.just bear with it.) And lastly, Try to be confident and show your true self. Don't pretend to be someone she wanted, but let her want the true you. About the gifts, just give her simple flower. Don't give much otherwise she'll expect for more. Ahhh..and also, be loved by her family. That's the best way to a filipina woman's heart.

Is this enough money for 3 weeks in the Philippines?
Well I've saved up $4000 Australian dollers which is approx 179,000 pesos. But then I have to buy a landmaster (for rice harvesting) for my family which is around 65,000 pesos. Therefore, I'm left with around 115,000 pesos. I'll be in the Philippines for 3 weeks. I'll be doing a lot of shopping for my family and myself, and I have lots of cousins... Do you think this is enough to cover food and lots of (clothes) shopping, while living comfortably? I've never been to the Philippines, and so I don't know how much things cost. E.G A normal shirt in Australia would be $25 (1,120 pesos)... but I don't know how much a shirt could cost over in the Philippines? It could cost 5000 pesos?!

I think I've got it covered how to pick something out for her but I just can't imagine going into a Victoria's Secret by myself. I would feel too awkward. What should I do? I would buy it online except my parents would ask what I got in the mail.
