What Are The Components Of Fitness For The Activities In Wii Fit

Can someone help me plan a detailed workout?

I'm 15 5'2 and 154lbs.
I plan to be around 120lbs eventually :) I was wondering if someone could help me plan a workout schedule. I can go to the gym on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and I have weights, 30 Day Shred, WiiFit, Stepper.
Can anyone please help? It would be really appreciated.

Before doing any exercise regimen you really should be under medical supervision especially since you have a lot of weight to lose.

My husband lost 50 pounds gradually just by stepping up his exercise slowly and including more fruits & vegetables in his diet plus he stopped drinking Coca Cola on a daily basis (he drank a heck of a lot of that! -- I used to tease him & tell him that he should get an IV of Coca Cola).

He always emphasizes to me that exercise is the key (because it helps to raise your metabolism & having more overall strength puts you at less of a risk for injury), but it must be increased gradually.

I personally have Wii Fit Plus & I love it because there is a lot of immediate feedback - including calories burned per activity & Wii Fit Plus workout session.

The Wii Fit Board that comes with Wii Fit is utilized by The Biggest Loser to enhance the exercises & I think that is a great thing! The Biggest Loser is a very popular & well rated fitness game, so if your doctor says that it's OK then you should really look into that. It's only $35 so it is not a huge investment.
