What Are The Factors That Influence Change With Practice Of Learning

What are the factors that influence change with practice of learning?

Time, place, circumstances, situation and mood, mental stability or mental steadiness changes and our behavior changes to somehow or other achieve our real objectives in life. People generally want to achieve their objectives by fair means, if possible. If necessary, they don't feel shy these days to adopt unfair or indirect methods to achieve it by hook or by crook.

What are some factors that influence language teaching and learning?

There are many factors that influence language teaching/learning. Amongst the most important ones in my opinion and from the top of my head are these:1) an environment and system that promotes the health and well being of the teachers (if their job is nothing but struggle to carry out the most basic parts of their professional duties (eg. excessive bureaucracy) then this will impact badly on their teaching) a healthy teacher = healthy teaching.  This has to be number one priority in any system.2) a competent teacher who has a good knowledge of the T/L, knows how to teach  (this may sound obvious but not all teachers are good at teaching I'm afraid, this can be said of any profession of course, eg. you have good doctors and bad ones), has good classroom management skills and uses the T/L to communicate with their students (exception:to explain complex grammatical concepts)   3) students that are willing to take responsibility for their own learning: "you can take a horse to water but you cannot make it drink"!3) a system that promotes students' health and welfare. 4) linked to 1) : ongoing assessment to inform lesson planning.

What are some of the factors that influence curriculum development in nursing education?

Thanks for the A2A. This topic is immense. So I’m going to go for the 30,000 foot view in the answer.ResourcesFacultyMoneyClinical SitesTeaching MaterialsToolsTeaching spacesStudentsQualityPreparationMotivationUnderstanding of what they’ve just gotten intoSupportScholarshipsResourcesLearning materialsTools i.e. stethoscopes, penlights etc.Number ofStudent/Faculty RatioLearning environmentQualitative characteristicsToxic versus welcoming/supportive for exampleQuantitative characteristicsfalling down versus well built for exampleAdequacy of space for teaching and other missionsFacultyCurrentBreadth and depthScholarshipRight mix, loadsAvailability/accessibility to studentsTeaching/learning philosophiesAnd these are just some for starters. That doesn’t even get into content. Which has issues such as amount, sequencing, topics, reinforcement, methods of teaching, and so on. For each and every bit of what is taught, consciously or unconsciously by things like role modeling, serendipity, peer to peer learning, clinical setting and so on. Like I said, huge topic. The Future of Nursing Education is a very readable book that tackled a little of this fairly well. There are lots of books written about this topic.

How does culture influence human behavior?

Culture as an influence of behaviour takes the “nurture" side of the argument about influences of behaviour. culture looks at the totality of any given society's belief system, laws, mores, practices, language and attitudinal variables which makes a people unique from others. As you know, it is transmitted from one generation to the other. What happened when you are groomed in the ways of a particular culture? You start acting and behaving in ways that are seen as appropriate to such a culture. Your dress sense, grooming, language, belief system and attitude become molded to fit into that society which makes you become accepted by them.Hence, culture plays a big role in determining how an individual behaves in any given environment. Take for example, in some places, baring the breasts is seen as normal, while in some places it is forbidden. Some places allow males and females to mingle freely in public places: others do not. This has a tremendous impact on behaviour, and is evident when these persons go to a place that has a different culture comparsd to theirs. They encounter what is known as “culture shock", and it is most evident from their reactions and behaviours to certain unique stimuli which they come in contact with in a new place. So yes, culture plays a big role in influencing behavior.

What is meant by sociological factors? What are some examples?

Social factors are circumstances/characteristics/aspects that influence and affect the way you live and behave. It range from having mild to extreme impacts on life.Examples may include socioeconomic status (how much you/your family earn), the religion or race one’s born into, number of children and political affiliation. For instance, your family income level can affect whether you get to receive an education and which type of school you attend. That will then affect the type of qualifications you receive and the jobs you get.

Does getting your tonsils removed affect your singing voice at all? What can I do?

I'm thirteen years old and my throat has been really, really sore for the last few days. This morning when I was brushing my teeth I noticed that my tonsils are all red and swollen. I'm on antibiotics for my throat but they aren't doing anything and I think it's getting worse. When I showed my mom she said that I might have to get them removed, and I'm scared because I love to sing and I'm hoping to become a singer in the near future. Will getting tonsils removed affect my singing voice at all? I've searched Yahoo! Answers for this question and found a ton of results... but half of them said there's no effect on the voice and the other half said there was. :\
