I am sure there are legal repercussions if it was found out that an adult had sex with a minor, but as long as someone doesn't show proof to the police that the act occured, I doubt there is anything that can happen to the consenting couple.

Just remember that LEGALLY she is still your child, and if you don't want her having sex, you can prevent it. Maybe some time at boot camp will do her some good.

How old do you have to be to be considered a pedophile when dating a minor that is 15 years old?
I know people that dated that are a bit off of their age group. For example, a friend of mine who is 19 years old dated a 15 year old girl, but I don't know if they ever did anything. And I've known a person dating who was 20 years old, dating a 15 year old girl. The legal age of dating here in Texas is 17 years of age.

Well, I don’t think its creepy, but then I was raised in the 70’s when the economy was a lot better (ruling elite only taking 40% of the country’s income instead of the 99% they are taking now) and people weren’t so conservative. (People get more conservative as money gets more scarce).As it stands now, you could be looking at a prison sentence, so I would worry more about the legal ramifications than whether or not people think your activities are creepy.I’d say its much more creepy to have a 60 year old guy dating 20 year old girls, (a 40 year age difference vs. your 3 year difference) but both people are of legal age and can do what they want.Your guy is not legal and you could go to prison over it. I guess you’ll be ok as long as you don’t have sexual relations with him. So wait the few months til his 18th birthday, then have at it.And don’t waste time worrying about what other people think.
