Motorcycle license in wisconsin?

If you don't want to take a $300.00 MSF course-- first get learners permit for cycle, this means written test of rules of road and cycle operation- was about $30.00 for young lady I'm instructing last year- bring birth certificate. This lets you ride 6 months legally on cycle solo and wearing helmet. Drivers test is mostly by appointment at various driver stations- times vary depending on examiner availability- state budget restrictions mean no full staffing all days of week now. Show up at appointed time with a road worthy licensed, insured cycle and be prepared to get a earplug from a radio attached to your belt - the examiner will then tell you where to go on street, turns, stops, park from his radio. Don't fall down or hit anything and you'll get a passing driving test sheet. take this to counter and get license endorsement and new picture . About another $20.00 with counter and exam fees, new endorsement to regular drivers license- fees went up a bit in January, might total $40.00 - $50.00 now. .

I smoke. Can a company charge me more for health insurance?

Yes, as you will cause tremendously higher healthcare costs compared to a non smoker, health insurers have a right to charge more as it costs them more money to insure you. If they didn’t, then the non smoking population would be paying extra to cover smokers costs. Smoking is one of those outlying things in healthcare that charging more is generally accepted, as smoking is a personal choice to inhale deadly chemicals. It’s kind of like how your car insurance would go up if you take a chainsaw and destroy the inside of your car, and then ask for a payout to cover the costs to fix the interior, and if you didn’t disclose to your car insurance company of those activities, you’d likely be denied a payment, and possibly dropped off the plan with no refunds.

Do I need a motorcycle license to purchase a 150cc scooter from a dealership in North Carolina?

This is a guess based on other jurisdictions:You don't need a license to purchase a scooter. You need one to take it for a test ride. Once you have purchased it, it is no longer the reponsibility of the dealer. You could push it off the premises (to satisfy their insurance requirements), then ride it away (illegally) on the public highway.A quick search suggests that in NC a 150cc scooter is a motorcycle, not a moped, and as such requires a motorcycle endoresement.

Do you need a motorcycle license to ride a motorcycle?

You need a "motorcycle endorsement" on your license. Call your local DMV and they will tell you where to go to get it. You have take a little class and pass a test. Then you are legal to ride on the streets.

How much will my motorcycle registration cost in wisconsin?

i have a 1993 kawasaki ninja 600r and i bought it for 500$. how much will it cost to get registered around? and will i have to insure in first? (in Wisconsin its a law to have your car registered, not sure if its before or after you register it.)

What would happen if I got caught riding a motorcycle without insurance, registration or a license?

I do not know about Kentucky, but I can tell you what would happen in Wisconsin. You would get fined for Invalid drivers license, Non registration, and failure to insure. Each fine will cost you about $160. Plus the points of the violations would add up to enough to suspend your license. If you got all of that straightened out, your insurance would be sky high.

In Wisconsin your vehicle cannot be seized like that. I do not imagine any state where it can. Drug related crimes are the only instance i know off that your vehicle can be seized without due process.

I know the excitement of getting a new bike, and the urge to ride it immediately. But I suggest caution. The risks are not worth it. Sure you might get a few days riding in before you get caught, but then the bike will have to sit for awhile until you get it taken care of.
