Empirical evidence is stuff a number of individuals can observe/measure and agree on.So things that would count as empirical evidence would be things like.Speed of a train, length of a train, the number of people on a train.You and I can go out and measure/observe these and agree to an answer as long as we accept each others method of measurement/observation. If I go out with speed detector and measure the speed of the train an you go out and just “eye ball it” both could be considered as “empirical” but the reliability of my measurement will probably be higher then yours. Typically unless the method of observing/measuring is reproducible and accurate then the evidence would be considered anecdotal and hold much less weight.

Now the question must be asked: do you let the teacher stay in the class to hear all the students beseech god for this blessing. Let's predict. The teacher hears the prayer and is obligated to comply with the student's prayer to god to prove god exists. The teacher says, you shouldn't tempt god because I have tickets to Cancun that god wants me to use rather than make sure you know this material. You don't tell the teacher about the prayer and he or she leaves as usual. Another Bible check: would your god actually engage in genocide. would you god actually write something like Exodus 22:18. and if so, how come he didn't spell out clearly the exact symptoms of witches. Another Bible test: has every religious authority been accurate about things for which they would murder others for having a divergent (heretical) belief? Intelligence agencies , Inland Security, Police, Law all are involved but the covert arrangement is so delicate and shrewd, that an air of disbelief exists in the public.
