no, it doesnt have a shoulder harness. it has a seatbelt and a lap bar that you pull down from in front. and i dont think that building up stomach muscles will help with that feeling because it is all nerves and muscles dont help with nerves
Blacking-Outs on Millennium Force at Cedar Point? Is it safe?
Last year I went to Cedar Point in Ohio and rode the Millennium Force. I blacked out shortly after the first hill. Freaked the crap out of me. I did some research and found out they're called G-Force blackouts. I was wondering if it's safe to ride roller coasters when you lose your vision/black-out for 5 seconds or so?? I'm going to Cedar Point this Monday so I'd really like to know if I am not putting myself at risk if I ride the Millennium again. Also, lately I have been blacking out after getting out of bed? And at random times during the day (when I walk up staircases, get up off the coach.. etc.) Is there anything I can do to stop these blackouts? They seam to always get worse during the summer.

Is it scary to go on rollercoasters at Cedar Point?
I am not used to big rollercoasters and I am afraid of them. Is there any way to overcome my fear? Also, I heard Cedar Point has the biggest and fastest coasters in the world compared to Magic Mountain and Six Flags. Is this true? Whats the Millenium Force and the top thrill dragster like at Cedar point with going on them? Including the Magnum XL Rollercoaster? Are they scary? I heard they were the most scary rollercoasters?

A two point harness system holds you in. First there is a seat belt that must have at least 1/2in of slack for you to ride. Then, there is a double locking hydraulic lap bar. Hydraulic lap bars are different than most rides, as they can lock in any position (unlike the "clicking" restraints that lock at different intervals).
