What kind of dresses can I wear with a birthmark?

Hi,When you said swimsuits, I am sure you are comfortable with your body except the birthmark. You must have heard many comments on it. Ignore all the comments. Do not take it as a bad thing. There are many people who make tattoos in that spot. This this your own tattoo. I have 2–3″ brown birth marks on my calf. I proudly feel that I have my own unique tattoo. Actually I have many on my legs :-)Coming to the garments, if you think of hiding that mark, you will be restricted to wear only some kind of clothing. Better accept the mark and enjoy the new styles. Once you dress up very stylish and have great confidence, people around you will not notice the mark even if they do, they will not dare talk about it.There is an international top model who has skin issues where she has patchy skin tone all over the body. Where can I find the dress that Gabriella wears in High School Musical 3, in the Can I have this dance scene?

The clothes actors and actresses wear are specially design and fitted. You can find a look-a-like. But, there's no way you can get the exact dress she wears in the movie.

Are you supposed to keep in those plastic things under the collar of a dress shirt?

So many wrong answers here! Yes you keep them in!

The plastic things you refer to are more commonly known as collar bones. The purpose of them, is to keep the collar straight, otherwise your collar leans to one side. It also gives a stiff look on your collar as you mention which is smart.

I wear formal dress shirts to work every day and I use brass collar bones and starch on my shirt collars as I like that look and find that comfortable. A lot of the plain white formal shirts now have the plastic collar bones inside the collar and seamed so you don't have the choice to remove them. I recommend you buy yourself a couple of brass collar bones, or silver collar bones if you can afford it. You take them out when you put your shirt in washing machine or get them drycleaned.

Trust me you will look much better with good collar bones in your collar, they are comfortable to wear and you don't have to worry about your collar looking like a dogs dinner.

Laundry: Are clothes more likely to smell musty/moldy/mildewy if you leave them wet? If so, why? How to get rid of this odor?

The bad smell has nothing to do with bacteria. It is not caused by bacteria forming on your clothes nor is it due to your detergent failing to clean your clothes.  The bad smell occurs because of a fungus called mildew which grows on plant fibers -- wood, cloth -- and other organic materials when they are damp or have trapped moisture for prolonged periods of time.  This is why it is important to remove your clothes from the washer as soon after they are finished washing as possible, and to hang them up or get them into a dryer immediately.  It is also important to keep your dryer's lint trap clean so it can work efficiently to dry the clothes, and check it when the cycle is finished to make sure things are dry or re-start it if they are still damp.  This is also why it is not a good idea to fold and put away clothes that are still slightly damp.  Make sure they are thoroughly dry before you put them away. There are many suggestions for getting rid of mildew smell once it settles into your clothing, and you can read them here: How to Remove Mildew Smell from Clothing.  Don't bother with bleach; it will not eliminate the odor and in fact the smell of bleach mixed with mildew is even worse.  What has always worked for me is using a reduced amount of regular detergent and placing just a few drops of anti-bacterial dish soap into the washer.  I don't know why this gets rid of the odor when mildew is a fungus, not a bacteria, but it works.
