What are two major cultural blends in the Caribbean or central America?

Do the immigrants from Latin America to the US truly represent the majority of the people living in L.A?

I disagree for the reason that Latin Americans can avail the identical immigration choices which are to be had to the leisure of the sector. You can name it unfair within the feel that Mexicans ought to wait longer than the individuals from different components of the sector. But in the event you pay concentration then Indians, Chinese and Filipino individuals ought to wait longer as good similar to Mexican individuals. Lets be very transparent: a million- Most individuals come to US for the reason that additionally they desire to have a work of the pie. They desire to be a aspect of "rich" USA. If there used to be an different a lot wealthier nation than US then such a lot new immigrants might immigrate to that nation. two- Citizens of the US have labored difficult to come to be the wealthiest country on this planet. In different phrases, they not ever seemed for shortcuts. Even although US is an immigrants' country, the historic immigrants don't desire any longer immigrants. Its realistic, it their nation, they make the foundations. You will pay attention at all times that the residents of the US welcome "authorized" immigrants and they're handiest in opposition to "unlawful" immigrants. This is non-feel and so they comprehend it however they may be able to say this for the reason that they realize that it's difficult to argue over an announcement comparable to this. This is a like a double edged sword for the reason that in the event you: a million- immigrate illegaly, US residents will call for that you just do prison time and get deported for the reason that you don't have any "recognize" for the US legislation two- immigrate legally, then it's relatively viable that you're going to die earlier than you get to look USA I think that USA can not enable everybody to come to be a US citizen, its no longer viable to allow each and every one in. If you're a devout man or woman however no longer a US citizen, take into account it God's plan for you and hold on thanking God for the matters you may have, omit approximately what you dont have. If you're no longer devout and no longer a US citizen, take into account it your unhealthy success.

Which country has the lowest crime rate in Central America?

Main land Honduras does have a lot of crime, but I think that you will find that most gringos who have gotten in trouble were looking for it by being stupid or careless, or both. All of the Bay Islands are very different from the mainland. I am a Caucasian gringo who has lived on Roatan for many years and other than missing clothes off the clothesline type of stuff, have seen very little crime. Expats mingle just fine with the locals here, and if you want to do a bit of research, you will find there are probably many more expats on mainland Honduras that do quite well. The police are very underpaid and under funded so it wouldn't surprise me if some of them could be paid something under the table, but I have never personally encountered that.

Okay from my experience of having lived in England and now living in America. I would say the differences are that Americans are more in your face than British people are. British people will not really approach unless there is a good reason especially for women. They are also a little more disciplined in school in fact some schools the students wear uniforms in England as opposed to America. You are likely to see more people following social rules in England as opposed to America, Americans don't follow them.  There is more emphasis on sports in America than England although men do like rugby teams and soccer or football as called there but in America there are more die hard football team fans or hockey fans that take their sports seriously almost like a religion. I also know that when friends get together in America they don't really talk about books unless its a book club but most not all British people will get together to talk about serious issues and books. In terms of drinking British people drink a lot more than Americans do and in fact its quite normal to go to many pubs to drink. Americans will have a lot of drinks at events not just to socialize like Britons do.  In terms of relationships British people are more touchy feely in fact there will be men who would love to make out for hours in America boys don't really spend over five minutes kissing and cuddling. Women are much more in touch with their sexuality in Britain and there is no shame in that but in America men shame  women from being in touch with their sexuality and if you are dating an American man he will be concerned if you have a sexual appetite or even mention that you are horny. No woman in America that says shes horny will be respected. Men expect women to work hard in America without complaining about performing men work. In Britain women are encouraged to be feminine and can wear dresses at any time without people asking where are you going dressed so good. In America women do not wear dresses unless there is a party or special event.  I just summed up my personal experience of both cultures. I believe in England you can go days without anybody contacting you and in America you can wish your lucky stars nobody bothers you.

What countries are these Islands located in?

Well Belize is a country that is actually not an island... It is located a tiny bit south of the Yucatan peninsula... Basically just to the south & east of Mexico....

Belize (Or as it used to be called "British Honduras") is often considered by us in the region as a part of the British West Indies-family because for example Belize was administered for a while by the British from the island of Jamaica... In addition to them sharing many ties to the islands nearby....

Belize's culture is also similar to the other British colonial islands across the Caribbean Sea it is also the only country in Central America who's official language is English.

Also, as far as I've read Belize has the second ***longest*** barrier reefs in the world. Which some people I think keep mis quoting and calling it the second **largest** barrier reef in the world, those are two entirely different things....

The Cayman Islands are an overseas territory of the United Kingdom still. They are just to the east of Belize...Just to the north of Jamaica and to the south of the western most portions of Cuba.

Roatán is a Caribbean island controlled by Honduras.it is located to the north of the main part of Honduras. Sort of to the east of Belize. It is a long island.

What's the difference between North America, South America and Latin America?

Well, geographically, North America is everything NORTH of the isthmus of Panama, and South America is everything SOUTH of it. Canada, US, Mexico, and central America are geographically a part of North America.
Brazil, Columbia, Venezuela, and all them other countries are a part of South America.

You following me so far?

Latin America was coined in the 1860s by Napoleon III (Nephew of Napoleon Bonaparte) to include all those countries in North AND South America that share the same cultural heritage as Latin Europe (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal) so all the Spanish, Portuguese, and French speaking parts of the new world are considered "Latin America" with the exception of Quebec, since its ruled by a non-Latin country (Canada).

The US, and Canada are considered "Anglo-America" because they have the same cultural heritage as Great Britain (Anglo-Saxons)
