How To Stay Positive?

Here would be my tips;

When something had happens find the positive. Eg; I lost my job but I wasn't happy there anyway... This is a fresh start.

Write a bucket list, if you want to travel for example then make it happen, within 6 months, because after that time frame people lose motivation.

Be kind to others. Yeah they may do something annoying or stupid but we're all human, we all feel anxiety and we're all just doing the best we can, be gentle.

Take up yoga or mediation; not even for spiritualist reasons, it just helps focus your mind.

Do what you enjoy; even if other people don't like it, just do what makes you happy.

Talk to people; find out about others and connect. Make friends everywhere and you'll like people as a whole more.

Most importantly... Remember life is very, very short. It's gone in the blink of an eye and it's important to enjoy it. It should be extraordinary and if you keep that in mind it gives you motivation to enjoy it and pursue what you want from it

What do you do to stay positive?

I am not always happy. So what would you suggest? I try not to let others get the best of me but I overthink things. I feel like I can't trust people. I get sad for a couple days and feel glee again. It's always the same things on the back of my mind.

How to stay positive? Depressed?

Ok I have been really depressed lately. I just lost my job which was all I had, and I know it was all my fault which makes me even more upset. I also dissapointed my parents by losing my job. I don't have a car or any friends to hangout with. I just sit at home in my room all day, not talking to anyone. I tried to stay positive but it's so hard, depression is getting the best of me, it's overwhelming. I don't wanna be like this anymore I feel worthless. I just wanna start a new chapter in my life where I'm actually happy, what should I do?

When life hits you hard, how do you stay positive?

Hi, tough times are never permanent. You can stay positive by

1. Accepting it. Don't think life is mistreating you. It is happening to many others. That is why we are called mortals.

2. Think about it and see what you can derive from it. Convert it into a puzzle and try to see what solutions you can get from there.

3. Help others - If there is any one around you that you can help, then help them. I am sure you would be happy if there is a true friend around in those hard times, you can also be a friend to people that are in tougher conditions.

4. Get busy - You have to get to doing something. Your mind and body must be kept active.

5. Finally, I would want you to try to keep your mind thinking only good. Don't entertain thoughts of fear. Let your thoughts center on good things. No matter how tough things are, am sure you have something in your life that is enviable! Maybe your kid, your friend, yourself, anything. Focus on those and get moving. Life is a journey.

How do you stay positive in a bad situation?

The scriptures say that all things work together for good for them that Love God, for them that are called according to his purpose. Always look for something good in every situation. It may be hard to find but you can find it. Like Dale Carnegie said " When life hands you lemons, Make lemonade.
