What are some good romance manga that have an older female character (like an oneesan or sensei type)?

Why does my female dog act like a male dog?
You didn't explain anything that helps to know what's going on, but by the tone of the question, I'd guess that she's mounting. This is NOT a male behavior. It's NOT a sexual behavior. Mounting is a dominance behavior. ALL dogs do it, whether male or female... whether neutered or not... And they will mount your arm or leg as readily as mounting another dog. Dogs are pack animals. This is part of what they do to establish their place in the pack. The one who can knock the others down consistently becomes the alpha. There's an Alpha Pack Leader, and this SHOULD BE YOU! Then there's the alpha dog. Below that is the alpha male and the alpha female. One of those two will also be the alpha dog. At the bottom is the omega, who's under everyone else.
Do women ask too much from men in romantic relationships?
I should copy this answer that I post so that I don't have to rewrite it all of the time. Men tend to see women as they are or as the person they present themselves as being. Men don't tend to mind if the woman changes to become more than this over time, just as long as the woman they knew at the the beginning still remains a part of her in some way. So, when the woman changes so completely from the woman she once was, or the man finds out that the woman he thought she was, the woman she presented herself as, was mostly an act, then he becomes frustrated or angered. Women tend to see the man as what he could be or as they wish him to become. So women tend not to see the man as he truly is at the time, but what he might potentially be, and this view of him continues until he either becomes that or not. Since they never accepted the man for his true self but rather for some illusion of him, then they are constantly and continually frustrated and angered when he presents himself as something other than this.
Why would neutering dogs be illegal in Norway?
I've been inspired by everyone here to neuter my dog, especially since he's loose a lot of the time. However, when I went to a vet to talk about this she asked me a few questions. Does your dog have severe behavior problems? Does he run away a lot? Do you have a *****? Are there any bitches nearby that he could get to? I answered no to all questions and then she answered it's not legal to neuter my dog. She said it was due to unnecessary risks, and the only reason it was so popular in the US and in some European countries was due to overpopulation, something that isn't a big problem in Norway. We were in a bit of a hurry and didn't get to talk much more, so I'm wondering if someone could elaborate a bit. I've read the law. (To make it simple) A dog has to be 3 years of age and there has to be a reason. Note that not all vets follow this rule. Our dog is very calm and obedient already, so I can't say it's such a big problem for me, but I'm curious. It's allowed to neuter other animals though. We are all encouraged to have our cats fixed for example.

Age doesn't define anyone's maturity. Age is really just a number.I have seen a 13 year old guy act maturely & a 25 year old guy act dumbly. Maturity is a superset of a set of qualities which may take few days or decades to inculcate in you. You learn it either from your expereinces or from other's experiences.
