He has mistexted me 3x in a month... ?
I was seeing a guy, I adore him but lately I have wanted a little space. Over the past month, he has mistexted me 3 x. It is usually after a few days of no contact and the other time, he asked me to see him and I couldn’t make it. Was working late and he tells me “oh, I meant to text my mate. He is here now”. He clearly was texting me…Like I said this is the 3rd time so I said, what are you doing? He told me “no big deal. All good.” Any idea about how I should handle? Is he trying to get me back or playing with me?

Definitely sounds like that message was for someone else. Sorry, but that just doesn't make sense in your conversation. I would simply reply "what do you mean?" That doesn't sound jealous/overbearing/untrusting or anything. You're simply asking what he meant. EDIT: Well, either he was trying to spice up your conversation by saying something flirty (but also really stupid) or that was just a good cover up. I think your best bet is to just change the subject so that you don't drag it on anymore. Good luck!

What someone wants one moment will likely be completely different from what they want the next, and it’s very easy to act on these momentary wants.An ex texting you could be any number of things.A text to the wrong person in a bleary eyed state or drunken stupor.A tentative attempt at reconnection which they are too cowardly to follow through on.A drug or alcohol fueled, momentary want.A dare by friends.Any number of possibilities.Point being, although I know that’s a really shitty occurrence (especially if you still hold feelings for said person), you mustn’t take it too seriously.Good luck <3.
Why would a girl unexpectedly text me?
A girl that I once liked unexpectedly text me today. I stopped talking to her 3 months ago. All she wrote on the text was "I'm so over school right now." Totally random. I text her back 15 minutes later but she never returned my text. wtf? Was she just playing games? Drunk? Maybe trying to reconnect? I was on her mind. Perhaps she text the wrong person but i doubt it. No one mistext someone.
