Hi Greg,Thank you for your question—but I can’t give you a simple answer. Are you asking about e-liquid brands, or vape pen brands? If vape pens, are you interested in e-cigs or mods? And do you favor tobacco or cannabis—or perhaps other smokable herbs (e.g, kanna, blue lotus, klip dagga, etc.)? The vaping hobby covers a very wide and diverse range of activities, plants and equipment.Personally, I’m not into blowing huge clouds, so I don’t use mods. Nothing against them, mind you, just not my thing. If that is what you are interested in, you will need to get advice elsewhere because I don’t have enough knowledge to offer an opinion. For conventional vape pens, I have generally had good experience with Atmosrx.com. They have pens for e-liquids as well as dry herbs. Note, however, that while I am giving them a thumbs up, it is qualified—some of their products are better than others. Which is another way of saying that you usually get what you pay for—go cheap and you may have a cheap product.The Boss, by Atmos, costs around $100 and, if you like vaping bud or other dry herbs, you will probably find it to be very reliable. At least it has been in my experience.As for e-liquids, my tastes tend to be a bit unusual. I like mildly psychoactive (but legal) plants such as kanna and blue lotus. I don't know how well these herbs would be in a vaporizer. They need to be taken internally for full effects. Essential oils can be used in vaporizers, but I don't know about herbs. Google herb suppliers and you'll find many places to order from. Natural health/whole food stores will carry them, too. Use twice the amount fresh you would use dry, by the way.
So which dry herb pen vaporizer is the best?
Theres alot of questions on the internet but none from yahoo answers. From what i read is that the G Pen, Atmos Raw, and the Pax are the most popular. Shitty part they all seem to burn out eventually. There's a big range of prices between the three. I want to know which one is the best for my moneys? The different features? What is the high like when smoking out of an herb vaporizer?
It depends on what strain you use, but I would say on the whole it is a clear headed high. You will be happy, buzzed and satisfied. You won’t be confused or have blurry thoughts unless you vape alot. Cannabis is weird though as no two people react the same.When you combust there is a little bit of oxygen deprivation and head rush from the tar. Vapour is cannabinoids, moisture and air. You will get a little delay from the initial inhale and feel it’s not working at first. I made that mistake when I purchased one originally. I took 10 puffs and thought it wasn’t working so I loaded the chamber again…1 bowl later I was in another universe!
