I can say as an American who pays taxes and has always paid my taxes I can say as an American who pays taxes and has always paid my taxes there's no one benefit each legal American isn't entitled to. However if a person abuses it then yeah there could be an issue there, but if a person actually uses it for what it's intended doesn't break the law and they have been and are still taxpayers everything that's offered in this country is for American but that does not mean that they should rely on other people's money nor should they get mad if other people want to pull out of that program that is funding what they need. If you don't agree with it you should have the right to not be a part of it.

Honorable discharge gets you all the benefits you are entitled to based upon time in service. If you served 90 days, you qualify for all the standard veteran benefits. If you only served 89 days, then you do not qualify for some of them. You would have to talk to the VA about it. Better make sure you are willing to accept it because once you do, there is no going back. You will be out permanently and the info on the DD214 will not change.
