Anyone know of alternate cures, like maybe a homeopathic remedy? Thanks...

What helps period cramps go away faster?

For me, personally, it hasn't been medication, it's been water. Since I first got my period when I was 10, I've always had horrible horrible cramps. Like, In bed for the first two days of every period because I can't even stand up because of the pain. Spending hours daily crying from my cramps. And when I had to be put on hormone meds because of some health problems, my Cramps just got worse. But because of my hormone meds, it's given me really dry mouth so I started drinking a lot of water, like A LOT of water. And about a year ago, I had been drinking almost 100 oz of water a day. One month last year, a few days before my period was supposed to start, I was drinking even more water than that. When I got my period, I didn't have any cramps. Usually the first two days are the worst and I spend all day In bed for cramps. But for the first time since In 11 years, I hadn't had any cramps at all the whole duration of my period. It was crazy. So I drank that much water the following month before and during my period, and I had no cramps again. So I decided to test my theory, and I didn't drink that much water the following month and I had really bad cramps again. Like In bed and couldn't move, type of cramps. So now I drink like a ton of water before I start my period. More water than I normally drink during the day. And when I stay on top of drinking water, I get very little to no cramps. When I don't drink as much water, I get cramps.I barely have to take midol anymore when I'm on my period. I just drink water non stop during the day.

I urgently need a drug-free solution for an extremely painful menstruation. What can I do?

Menstruation hurts because the womb contracts in order to shed its walls. All that contraction builds up, and can be too much without a little rest. This method gives the signal to the womb to take a temporary break, which will give you relief for a bit before the contractions begin again. You want the contractions to finish their process. But, every woman deserves a break when she needs it.To do this, you will most likely need a friend to push on the points for you.The points we are interested in for this are numbers 2 and 4 to either side of the spine. Number 2 is the primary one, but I have also found that 4 can help as well. You’re sending an electrical signal thru acu-points, using your fingers and everyone is slightly different. So, try 2 first, then 4.Have your friend find the bottom of your rib cage on your back. Then find the spine to locate position 2. The thumbs are pressed inwards towards the spine on either side in the thick muscle of the Multifidus. The muscle on the lower back that is to either side of the hard bone of the spine. So, you’re NOT pressing on the spine, you are pressing on the muscle around the spine. Press number 2 to either side, pressing inwards towards the spine, for a count of 30. Try that 3 times. Take deep breaths.Reduction of cramp pain should come almost immediately. If it doesn’t, repeat with numbers 4. Find location 2, go down about 1 inch or so, press in towards the spine again in the muscle. Hold for 30 seconds. Take deep breaths. As the points are pressed the menstrual cramp pain may increase. If it does that is perfect. It means you are pressing the correct point. When the points are released the pain should evaporate.Best of luck, and I hope this helps you considerably. The friends I have helped with this have been extremely grateful for the break from the cramp pain. Learn this gentleman, and you’ll be a hero of sorts.
