How can i get my grades up in ONE WEEK?
Hey so basically im a freshman and i have to get my grades up in ONE WEEK. The quarter ends October 30,2009 and i am FREAKING out. These are my grades right now: Math: C English: C History: A Latin: C+ Health/PE: B- Fashion Class: B Science: A (or an A- one of those) So yeah. I have one week and here is all of the work to be done next week: Math: -Homework -Classwork -Maybe a quiz English: -Homework -Essay Test History: -Homework -3 quizzes Latin: -Homework -Notebook Check Health/PE: -Test -Notebook Check Fashion Class: -Classwork (Making little dolls) Science: -Test -Practice Test -Homework -Notebook Check So yeah. That's all my work for next week. How should i raise up my grades? I at least wanna make all my C's into B's and all my B's into A's. PLEASE HELP! I NEED GOOD GRADES TO GET A JOB. AND A JOB GETS ME MONEY and i really need a few things right now! bsides i kinda wanna give some money to charities, like supplying clean water for poor countries. :] or the WWF or something :]]

You've got a great tool for improving your English grades at your fingertips. When writing online, try to use correct grammar. That way, you'll be practicing writing well and your English grades will improve. Writing with correct grammar and spelling is a skill that will set you apart for the rest of your life. Make sure you keep up with your reading assignments, especially in English. When you are given a worksheet, make sure you read all the text on it, not just the questions or problems. This information is there to help you! Do the questions as they are meant to be done, the hard way, so that you learn the material. Don't copy work from others, do it yourself. In science, this means you'll have to look up answers in the book. I work as a substitute teacher. I often see kids going "What's the answer to #1? What's the answer to #2?" They should really be asking "How do I do #1?" For math, you might want to get help from a friend. Some schools offer after-school tutoring. When doing classwork, if you can't figure out an answer, ask your teacher if she'll explain to you how to do it. Finally, ask your teachers how you can improve your grades. You could ask them for extra credit, or you can ask if you can turn in missing work late. And I think a DS is better. :) Whatever you get don't bring it to school. It'll get stolen or you'll get in trouble.
Can I bring my grade up from an F to a C?
Talk to your teacher. It is likely that he/she will let you know what you can do, or give you an extra project, or something. Or, even after school help. I have taught, and I know teachers really do want the best for their students, and many will do what it takes to help - if they are asked.
How do I bring my grades up in 1 month?
First off talk with your teachers: what you want to find out is this: a. Do you have any missing assignments or do they allow redo's and how does it work b. Do they already have the work planned for the days you will be gone and can you get them in advance c. What extra credit is offered and how do you do it. d. What do they feel that you are having a hard time with and what advice do they have to get any extra help you need. e. is their an after school tutoring program Also as many have already said study for your tests but also if you feel you need extra help find out if a buddy or the teacher can assist you.
