At evening for 1 hr.(exact time)At night as usual from 9 to 11.Lady in the customer care told to do something in the computer : took my 1 precious hour : nothing happened.Called customer care againTold about modem offline issue. Next day they came, did something to the nearby pole, asked if modem was online.9pm. Same issue again.Day 4. You only think that is slow because you are use to broadband probably. Thats fairly good speed for dial-up as all the windows programs I know will only allow you to download at a speed of 1/10th of your connection speed that would mean you are connected at a speed of 60kb which is a little over 56 which is the fastest most dialup connections travel at. The only way I know to go faster would be to get broadband
