What can I do to improve my looks???(pic)?
I would go with more natural looking hair color-- less chunky, contrasting streaks, and more subtle highlights and lowlights. Either stick with a warm, honey blonde and lose the dark brown, or go completely dark (like your current darkest shade), because it's basically you're hair that's making you look "fake" to whatever extent. You're a very pretty girl-- and I think you'd be even prettier if you looked slightly less... processed.

In which picture does my hair look better?
I like them both. The second one is a bit small and hard to see, but it looks like your hair is shorter in that one. I actually like the longer hair in the first pic. Kayla, you are a beautiful girl. I noticed you've posted a few "what do you think of my looks" questions, which tells me you are probably a bit self conscious or a little insecure. I am a stranger to you and have nothing to gain by lying to you... in my opinion, you are a very beautiful girl. But the things that truly make us beautiful are inside us. I've met some amazingly gorgeous people in my life... I mean, model type drop dead gorgeous (men & women). But so many times, the minute they open their mouths they are suddenly not so beautiful. When people are rude or obnoxious, they may start off gorgeous, but they literally get uglier before your eyes. Trust me when I tell you that you possess a physical beauty that many can only dream of. So just concentrate on being pretty on the inside... I'm sure you already are :-D
