What Can I Do To Stop Sorrness In My Body

Body sore after ice skating.?

when you skate your body is using muscles in a different way then when you run... or when you exercise in a typical way. Part of the reason is the balancing on the ice as well as the movement across it and the inability to flex the boot... etc. requires that the muscles be used differently. This puts a strain on the muscles when you do it for a prolonged time, and then they get sore. Ice them the first 24 hours and then Soak them after a few days and you will feel better.

Even though I have iceskated for years, when I stop for a while it hurts when I go back...so I know your pain...

How can I stop my muscles aching after a workout?

Congrats on beginning weight lifting! The soreness you're experiencing is a completely normal phenomenon and it's called delayed onset muscle soreness. What happens with this is that a new stress occurred to your body (be it: the kind of workout, how demanding it was, or how long) and your body is unaccustomed to this and will result in delayed soreness 48 - 72 hours later. Some things you can do to help reduce "DOMS":1. Add Glutamine to your post workout protein shake.2. Some stretching of the sore muscles.3. Perform bodyweight exercises of the sore muscles for 2 sets of 15 - 20 repetitions.4. Some studies think hot showers or heat may help. Personally have not tried it but may be something to look into. All in all, this is completely normal and some days you'll be more sore than others. The longer and more consistent you stick with weight training the better this will get.Hope that helps! If you have any questions feel free to reply or contact me via www.thesalubrity.com :)

Why does my body hurt after a fight?

Because you stress out your body in ways you normally don't. Think of it this way, if you suddenly ran a mile or two, but hadn't been walk much lately, it'll hurt your legs and chest, because you are using those areas harder than you normally. When you get in a fight, suddenly your using your arms and legs at angles you normally don't use, as well as putting actaull force behind it, in an attempt to cause damage. In the spur of the moment, you also cloud you mind with excitement, anger, or whatever, and your mind doesn't tell you your arms are aching, so when it finally does, it goes in a second from nothing to pain.

Do this: Stick your hand in the air and hold it there. You might not normally do that, (I certainly don't) so you wont be able to keep it there for long, as the mucles for keeping it up aren't correctly exercised. After a few minutes or more, it'll seem like your arm is getting heavier. It truth, it's your mucles getting tired. You may be in fine physical condition in some areas, but not all. Your legs may be strong at some angles, but in angles you hardly use, it'll be weak.

Hope you understand what I'm saying.

How do I get rid of body pains after a work out?

If you are new to work out training you are suffering from DOMS. That's called Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness. After workout in gym body wasn't ready to excrete waste product from muscles and resulting in to pain and muscle soreness. This generally happens after 24–48 hours , duration varies person to person. The best way to get rid of body pain arekeep your body hydratedGradually exceed work out duration (let the body get use to fir heavy exercises)Warm up and cool down are mustHire a professional trainer to avoid PERMANENT DAMAGE to your bodySchedule 3–4 times only in a week at gymMaintain body balance with proper diet

After the first day at the gym my body hurts the day after is that a normal thing what should I do to reduce some of the pain?

Perfectly normal as long as it’s “tightness” or “soreness” and not “pain”. If you need a further definition please ask, but it’s pretty easy to tell the difference. To reduce some of that soreness, however, I suggest a protein shake mixed with some sort of fast-acting carbohydrate immediately after workout - orange juice mixed with vanilla protein is one of my favorites. Your glycogen stores are very low after strenuous exercise (thus the orange juice) and having easily accessible, easy to digest protein (whey or something of the sort) will make it easier for your body to recover. Also, try stretching post work-out - this can help a LOT as your muscles contract and become tighter. Five minutes of stretching plus a five minute, low-paced walk on a treadmill or path can make a huge difference in how I feel the day after exercise.
